I'm a foreign born brown skin man. Why I am more concerned seeing a black male than any other races put under the same situation?
Because many years ago I work for a firm that had Westlaw access and as I scouted police reports of crimes in the vicinity of UC Berkeley I noticed that almost all of the robbery, burglary, battery, assault were committed by "black male 20s". I don't think I'm racist because prior to that knowledge I have no opinion about black people. After that job I cannot help it that when I'm alone walking at night in a remote street I will be more concerned to see a male black man walking behind me than a female Indian or Asian or European or Caucasian in the same situation.

Starting off with the first clip, nothing wrong with it.

1. They didn't buy anything
2. They wanted to use the toilets but they are for paying customers only.
3. When asked to leave, they refused. They are taking up a table for paying customers at this point.
4. Management calls the cops because they are trespassing and refuse to leave.
