I use an IETS GT 500 cooling pad with a 5000 RPM cooling fan with an air filter and a Levoit Hepa air filter in my office. I get nearly no dust buildup and my temps never go above 65C on my 17.3 inch Legion. That takes care of cleaning and thermal performance. The MUX switch gives me great performance as well.

Hey Jarrod, thanks for the tips but i'm having stuttering issues in every single game i play. My pc specs are 3050 ti laptop gpu, 2x8gb ram Intel I5 11th Gen and 500 gb ssd. A couple of months later it was a monster but now it's just stuttering and it drives me mad. I can't even enjoy games anymore. I tried deleting excess files, updating everything, cleaning the pc etc. I controlled and everything works, nothing is broken. Do you have any ideas that might be wrong?
