Tim Urban knows that procrastination doesn't make sense, but he's never been able to shake his habit of waiting until the last minute to get things done. In this hilarious and insightful talk, Urban takes us on a journey through YouTube binges, Wikipedia rabbit holes and bouts of staring out the window and encourages us to think harder about what we're really procrastinating on, before we run out of time. One of the best talks. This is exactly what happening with me. It's time to take care of instant gratification 🐒 and control the panic monster. Ironically the procrastinators do the great things in less time at the last minute, probably due to the pressure from panic monster 😆
Define irony: A guy procrastinating preparation for a Ted talk about procrastination.
Heeyyeyeye heheyeyyeey

Mmmm sort of... But I think it misses an important point. That being why is happiness tied to success or achievement? Controversial I know but i think the sensation of procrastination is a symptom of something else. That being a social narrative that says happiness can only be achieved through doing. I used to think I was a procrastinator until I realised that what the sensation was telling me was that I didn't want to do what I didn't want to do. You are a procrastinator because you live in a culture that has enslaved you with debt and sold itself the story that the only escape from suffering is achievement... Which ironically as we see in this video leads to more suffering. It's an endless loop. Try not fighting with your procrastination, try observing what you procrastinate about and asking yourself kindly why you don't want to do it.... You are not bad because you don't want to do something, there is more to this than is being presented here.
Who came here from Instagram 😂😂😂😂...
What am I doing? Nothing, exactly.
i hate monkeys now !
