Daph, sorry to bother you again.
Please read this message to the end:
I really hope you read the prior comment and especially the DM I sent today.
I would be immensely grateful if you would let me know you did--here or in a DM reply.
Every day I think about how to make Daph's life happier--now and in the future. It would break my heart to think a complete misunderstanding could misrepresent what I was trying to say or make her mad at me in some way.
I thought you may have been hurting because of a death in the family or your parents' separation process or some other personal tragedy.
That's why I said some good can even come from death because my own mother's passing inspired me to achieve things I would not have otherwise. My hope is that somehow she knows and is proud.
Death of course also brought her peace from the anguish and pain she endured towards the end.
There are countless ways a loved one's passing can bring good to those who suffer the loss and even strangers who may benefit from that good indirectly.
Many a stranger has benefitted from the good my mother's loss brought to my life (as I shared it with them)!
But my comment had nothing to do with the twin towers tragedy or its anniversary, which I completely forgot about. And in that context, I can see how my words may have sounded terribly inappropriate--though they were NOT in that context at all!
I was just trying to motivate you to accept the presumed tragedy in your life, see it in a somewhat positive way and make some good come from it for you and the world.
Please understand that I tend to think, write and speak very quickly. So sometimes I end up overlooking the context of a situation or, as in this case, not even realizing that there is one.
It happens when you're always on the go.
So in my haste, all I saw was a broken heart with a sunset (which I know Daph especially likes) and some buildings which I presumed were from her new apartment view of the city.
Again, notice how I said, "I can only guess why your heart is breaking" and "Hope you're okay" in the first reply because I was trying to figure out what the broken heart symbol was for.
All this while working on something totally unrelated. (And as I once said before, I don't even watch your videos mostly, preferring to listen to them instead while doing other things.)
It went right over my head that those were the twin towers.
Stupid me, I know.
It's one of those bang my head against the wall moments.
Just when my dream to make Daph happy someday shows a glimmer of hope, I lose it because of something so ridiculous.
But it's all because I'm often deeply absorbed in contemplating complex ideas and extra busy these days.
Please don't read something sinister into this. The media and movies may serve some good but they can also make us all paranoid and suspicious of each other.
Experts and concerned citizens write about this all the time.
So I hope, Daph, this clears things up.
Please do let me know that it has (or hasn't) in any way you prefer.
Human beings are beautiful when they have the right body.
Hope you have a wonderful week, Daph, full of happiness, health and healing.
Apologies again for misunderstanding your post about the twin towers tragedy. I corrected myself in a later reply.
Just saw a broken heart and immediately became alarmed about what pain might be afflicting Daph and how I could motivate her to carry on.
Hence my saying, "I can only guess why your heart is breaking."
Totally missed the point of the two buildings in the background!
OMG, I realize how odd and even a little offensive it might have sounded but it was completely out of context. I was thinking you were down about some personal problem and needed a pep talk to pick you up.
But it illustrates how much your emotional happiness is constantly on my mind, Daph.
When one cares for someone a lot, it's not uncommon to interpret everything one sees as being relevant to that person's well-being.
This can be especially so when that person is suffering from some tragedy in her life and needs to heal.
So stay strong dear Daphne, your perseverance won't go unrewarded.
Immerse your heart in hope.
Optimize your optimism.
For the good things fate has in store for us far outnumber the bad.
So fun. 😍👾
