I use this with debian. Much better. Works with youtube 480p videos and you can adjust brightness. Everything works.

I'm using this even today with windows xp 32bit for anydesk remote access and ms office full suite 2007. It can even play pre 1999 windows games.
The browser is useless as the processor can't handle the modern web. But this works well as an anti distraction.
I have it hooked to 22 inch full hd monitor , illuminated keyboard and mouse.
It's a low power thin client for me.

This netbooks’s brightness level does not change with windows 10, 8 or 8.1 . Its a known issue. The system works best only with the Windows 7 starter which comes preinstalled with this device
