Former Argentine President Mauricio Macri, 41% of the Argentine population voted for him in the last elections, said that the Germans are the superior race. There are no people of color on Argentine television.

Well, no one likes porteños anyway. Just to be clear some of the things you mentioned are clear racists behaviors like the coffin shit. Is a behavior that exists, not necessarily and only for racism but it makes absolute sense. I do think some things might have been confusing behavior not racist. People asking were are you from it was inevitable because you probably have an accent. I guess in the context of your experience you did fell harrassed. I didn't see agression against the Chinese people in my neighborhood but i think i saw something on tv around covid. If you ever decide to comeback start with afroargentine communities? Or any other, just not white people

Argentinians have a reputation for being arrogant. And they know it. They even joke about it all the time. That being said I am mulatto from Cuba, and I have visited Argentina twice (Buenos Aires and Bariloche). I never had any problems. And certainly not racial issues. On the contrary, everyone was very nice, and I made a couple of good friends there. And best pizzas and empanadas on the planet. I can't wait to go back. 😋🍕
