As if anyone half sensible , eg Clooney , is NOT going to try and give the audience their money’s worth , making them think they are party and privy to intimate snippets of their private lives . How gullible these people are and all they’re doing is lining the pockets of PR merchants , interviewers , producers , agents etc to promote their image to promote their “ work” etc - all necessary and essential to the industry , to promote all wheels within wheels . It amuses me to watch them doing it and succeeding in the doing and only made possible by these people known as “fans” . If it weren’t amusing it would be dreadful unfunny , sad and heck , a lot of people out of a job. I will never understand the surrounding psychology of “fandom” . A movie is a movie , entertainment for about an hour , the rest is beyond me , especially when if one knows some of them , all these movie types, some are perfectly normal and many are just beyond ludicrous. Bewildering
