Nasa’s Dart spacecraft has crashed into the asteroid Dimorphos 6.8m miles from Earth in the space agency’s first “planetary defence test”. Subscribe to Guardian News on YouTube ► 🤍bit.ly/guardianwiressub Dart (Double Asteroid Redirection Test) collided head-on with an asteroid the size of a football stadium on Monday in an unprecedented full-scale test of Nasa’s capacity to defend Earth from a doomsday scenario. The test was humanity’s first attempt at moving another celestial body, to see if a large asteroid hurtling towards Earth could be diverted. there is something they dont know and this wont work on all asteroids.
Looks as real as the special effects from episode 2 attack of the clones
They slammed something in to a rock … big whoop, who cares?
This is an amazing feat, no doubt about it! But I fear that the Greatest Threat to Humanity... Is unfortunately... Humanity Itself!
If you look closely there's a asteroid in the video
What are satellites doing to Earth's orbit ? All of the suden cows farting is hurting Earth , weather patterns are changing and polar vortexes are moving , this has never happened before in human history , PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS, AND MAKE PUPLIC.
So what your saying is.....the movie Armageddon was a prediction?...🤔......I think I need to revisit the metrix flicks 🧐
Can you smell that? I can ! Smells like
B S to me !
i’m so glad people are working on the asteroidal impact problem! this is a huge step forward toward insuring the continual survival of the human race!! 😄
I mean total bulls**! NASA is robbing the tax payers blind. I don't know how ANYONE can believe that this is real. They were clapping for no reason
No stars in that part of space? Just like our moon is devoid of stars when you zoom in, or see NASA cartoons!
They are probably the same people making movies in Hollywood lol nice effects
kya tha kuch dikha v nhi Mujhe pathar ke siwa 😆😆
Great! Scientists and engineers at NASA can cause an inelastic collision with an asteroid more than 6 million miles away but they cannot analyze the straight down inelastic collision of the top of a skyscraper with the lower portion only 1000 miles away in 21 years.
Was the distribution of steel down the structure relevant? Nah, nobody asked.
Rocks should be dropped on humans for assaulting an innocent asteroid.
I wonder if they all had to go smoke a cigarette after this?
So we can link to a camera 6.8 MILLION miles away?! I mean, how?
