Amateur cook here. When mixing yolk, vanilla, baking powder, etc, can you add the flour last slowly? I tried doing it as the video suggests, but it clumped up really badly and took forever to become loose.

Yes! It came out tasty and thick, not as fluffy as I imagined but still really light. All the effort of making those little parchment paper circles payed off cuz they saved my ass when the egg whites ended up being runny 😂. Would recommend this and 100% would do this again.

Something illogical in your video ??? ??? ??? You put butter on your pancakes and it doesn't melt and you doesn't touch it once to eat with the pancakes ??? But you added some wiped cream on it and you eat with the tiny so little syrup but again , the butter still on top and have never melted and you gave never eaten...?????? ????? SO WHY have you put butter if you don't eat it ??? And one more thing, OK the pancakes looks better than ordinary Americans fluffy pancakes and it's thicker but it certainly not better in taste, Americans pancakes are so tasty and rich and fluffy full of taste and simple and fast. Your pancakes need so much time to do only to look better ??? I prefer old Americans pancakes like mist people's love, because it's the taste at the end that's count...lollllll😅 Oh and I have made your pancakes a few time and have been giving to a bunch of people's in the restaurant to taste but all reclaimed the Americans pancakes because of the taste....
