Aerial Yoga is een relatieve jonge vorm van yoga en is meer een combinatie van yoga en pilates gecombineerd met het gebruik van een yogadoek of Aerial. Goed voor mobiliteit, flexibiliteit of kracht neemt het doek de zwaartekracht weg en geeft het steun bij de poses die je aanneemt. Natuurlijk speelt de ademhaling ook hierbij, net als iedere vorm van Yoga een belangrijke rol, maar verder is het heerlijk aan je zelf werken, terwijl je je af en toe een luchtacrobaat voelt. Zonder dat de lat te hoog ligt. Integendeel. Move Togethers is een kleinschalige Yogastudio op het industrieterrein Zoutman in Reeuwijk-Brug, dat niet alleen Aerial Yoga, maar nog veel meer lessen en workshops aanbiedt. Zoals Wobbel Yoga.
