Click the link to get the Bhaji recipe This is an easy recipe 🤍 ചെറിയ വീഡിയോ കാണാൻ ഈ ലിങ്ക് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക - 🤍 For Short Video plz click here - 🤍 Ingredients Atta/wheat flour - 2 1/2 cup ( 225ml glass) Maida - 2 tbsp Rava - 1 tbsp Water - 1cup + 2 tbsp ( 225 ml) Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp Sugar - 1 pinch Method Add maida,rava and a pinch of sugar into the Atta and mix well Take a wide bowl to knead the dough. Pour 1 cup+ 2 tbsp of water into the bowl. Add 1 tbsp of oil into the water and mix well Add the Atta mix little by little into this water and mix gently Gradually add the whole flour into the water and knead to get a soft dough Close the soft dough for about 10- 20 minutes After 20 minutes take the dough and knead it once again Roll the whole dough into small balls( as per your choice ) In a bowl,pour some oil and keep the balls in that bowl,to avoid them sticking on the Poori Press Or you can directly place them on the Poori Press,which is greased with the oil Take the poori press to make it into the shape of a poori Grease the Poori Press, and place each balls twice in the Press Heat enough oil in a kadai. Dip each sheets into the oil in medium heat. When it puffed up,flip it after 2 seconds. Fry them till a light golden colour is seen on the sides Transfer them into a strainer and then into a kitchen tissue. So the crispy Poori is ready. To the same oil, we used to fry okra(2tbsp), splutter mustard seeds. Then add coconut pieces and fry. Now add onion, ginger, curry leaves, green chilli and saute till translucent. Add salt .. Then add all powders and saute for a minute. Now add tomato and mix well close and cook. Then add hot water and boil. Add sugar and fried okra. Cook for two minutes. Finally, add coconut milk and mix well, don't boil . off the flame Sprinkle coconut and curry leaves close for 5 minutes and serve Serving for 4

ഓണം വിഭവങ്ങൾ പ്ലേലിസ്റ്റ് - Onam Sadya Dishes Playlist 🤍 - Ingredients Carrot-2 Raw Banana-1 Yam-medium piece Beans-5 Long Beans -8 Ash Gourd -medium Piece Drum Stick -3 Small Onion-3 Cumin seeds-1/4tsp Coconut-1 Green Chilli-4 Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp Salt- Curry Leaves - Coconut Oil - Cut vegetables into medium thick long sticks .. Wash them with salt and strain for 10 minutes .. In a heavy bottom pan heat 2 tbsp of coconut oil Add all veg one by one and sauté for 10 minutes in medium flame .. Now add chilli powder ,turmeric powder ,chilli slits ,and salt along with some curry leaves .. Mix well …. Close the pan ,lower the flame and cook until done stirring occasionally .. Then add tamarind juice ..(amount of sourness is purely depending up on ur choice ,so increase or decrease ) Slowly mix well and cook for 5 more minutes .. Now check the taste ,add salt if needed .. in between ,crush both cumin seeds and shallots together and mix with grated coconut and mix well with ur hand.. Or u can just whip for a second in mixi ..We don’t want our coconut to grind ,just mix with cumin-shallot thats all.. To that add little salt and mix .. Now add this coconut mix in our cooked vegetables and slowly mix until the coconut and vegetables join together … Now press with aviyal with a spoon to the bottom and close for few minutes in medium flame till u can see the steam coming … Give a taste test ,add salt or tamarind if necessary … Finally add crushed curry leaves and sprinkle coconut oil and mix and close .. Remove from the stove and allow to sit for few minutes before serving .. The amount of coconut oil is giving that authentic smell and taste .. In sadya they add generous amount of coconut oil to get that oily finish .. So its ur choice to add more or less oil …. 🙂 So enjoy this simple humble but very very tasty dry sadya aviyal …. Chicken-1 1/2 kg Kaima Rice/ Jeerakasala Rice -4cups(800gm) Onion-5 Onion-4small (Bista) Tomato-1big Green Chilli-16 Ginger-1 medium piece Garlic-10 cloves Salt Biriyani Masala-1 tsp Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp Lemon Juice-1tsp Mint leaves-handful Coriander Leaves-handful Cashew nuts-10 Raisins – 15 Ghee-for frying Turmeric-1/4tsp Milk-1/4cup Water- Cinnamon-1 Cloves-4 Cardamom-4 Biriyani Masala Fennel seeds-2tbsp sha jeera-1/4tsp Cardamom-12 Cloves-1tsp Cinnamon-2-3pieces Mace-1/4of 1 Pepper -10 For Marination Tuermeric powder-1/4tsp Chilli powder-1/2tsp Salt- Lemon Juice-1tsp Method Marinate Chicken with turmeric powder,salt,lemon juice and chilli powder for minimum 20 minutes . Roast and powder biriyani masala d keep aside .. Finely slice onion and Deep fry them and keep them in the strainer .. Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes and then drian and keep aside Heat oil in a kadai .. Add sliced onion along with salt and saute till transparent .. Then add crushed ginger-garlic-chilli and saute till light brown colour .. Then add mint-coriander leaves and turmeric ..Saute for few seconds Now add tomato pieces stir and close ,cook well.. When done open the cooker and marinated chicken pieces ..mix well Close and cook for till done in medium flame .. When chicken is 3/4th done add fried onion and again cook . Then add 1tsp of biriyani masala to the chicken and mix.. Then add lemon juice . Check the salt and adjust if needed .. Then keep aside .. Boil water and add spices along with salt .. Then add ghee and mix.. When started boiling ,add rice and allow to boil.. Then close the kadai and lower the flame .. stir in between .. When the water has completely absorbed off the stove keep the rice undisturbed for 20 minutes .. After 20 minutes the rice will be perfect .. Now we need to dum the biriyani.. In a big nonstick kadai add some ghee then add the chicken masala in the bottom .. on top of that sprinkle cashew-kissmiss,leaves ,fried onion and biriyani masala .. Then layer the rice .. In each layer sprinkle everything shown in the video .. Finally close the kadai with a foilpaper ..then close with the lid Then heat a tawa and place this kadai on the tawa and dum .. So after 30 -35 minutes tasty yummy Thalasseri Dum chicken biriyani is ready to serve

Rice Flour -1cup Salt- Sugar-2pinch Masala Water -3tbsp Asafoetida powder -1/4tsp Kashmiri chilli powder -11/4tsp Chilli Powder-1tsp Water -1/2cup Oil - for frying Curryleaves For Masala Water Mint leaves -few curry leaves - Garlic -4 Green chilli -1 Fennel seeds -1/4tsp Water -4tbsp Method Take a bowl and add besan powder , roasted rice powder. Mix well . add salt. Add Kashmiri chilly powder. Mix well. Add 1 tsp chilly powder. Mix well. Add asafoetida. Mix well. Add a pinch of sugar. Mix well. Grind garlic , mint leaves, feenel seeds , curry leaves and green chilly. Add few tsp of water and sieve it and take the masala water. Mix the masala water into the flour mix . knead the dough by adding the water in batches. Check the salt. Make it soft. Make small bowls and put it in the idiyappam press. Add the strain accordingly. Grease the press before you add the dough. Close the rest of the dough with a lid. Press the dough into hot oil . fry it until light brick colour. Cut it into small pieces when it cools down. After the entire dough is fried. Then add some curry leaves into the oil and fry it. Add it to the pakkavada. Store it in tight jar. Enjoy !!!

Authentic Dishes With My Personal Touch 😍 Ingredients Chicken -1 kg For marination Chilli Powder -1/2tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder -11/2 tbsp Turmeric powder -1/4tsp for grinding - Cumin seeds -1/2tsp Pepper -1/2tsp Cloves - 3 Cinnamon -1 Cardamom - 3 Oil - 4 tbsp Lemon Juice - 1tbsp Salt - 1tsp Ginger Garlic Paste -1 tbsp Chicken Stock - 2 cubes Green chilli -4-5 Rice - 3 cups Water - 6 cups Salt - 11/2 tsp Onion -1/2 Capsicum -1tbsp Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp Oil -2 tbsp Cloves -4 Cinnamon -1 Cardamom -3 Dried lemon -1 opt Green chilli -5 Charcoal -2 For chutney Tomato -2 green chilli -4-5 salt - lemon juice -1tbsp coriander leaves -handfull Serving for -5-6 Method Grind cumin seeds,pepper,cloves,cinnamon , cardamom. Marinate the chicken in chilly powder, Kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder, ground mixture, ginger garlic paste, maggi chicken stock, lemon juice, salt, green chilly and 4 tbsp of oil.Marinate it overnight. Soak the Sella rice after washing it. Cook the chicken in a deep bottomed pan without extra oil. Cook both the sides on high flame. Cook for 10 mins. Do not close the lid. It would be like a grilled chicken. Add some oil to another pan for cooking the rice . add cardamom,cloves,cinnamon and bay leaf.saute it. Add a dried lemon after making some holes on it. Add small onion and capsicum and ginger garlic paste. Saute well. Add chicken stock (optional). Add the water . check the salt. Add the drained rice. On high flame let the water boil. Close the lid. Then reduce the heat. Once the rice is cooked partially, spread it over the grilled chicken . add some green chillies on the top. Dum the entire pot for 20 mins. before you close the lid burn some charcoal in a small khatori. Make the rice fluffy with a fork. You can mix the rice and chicken if you want. Tomato chutney – grind the tomatoes into minute pieces. Do not puree it. Add some green chillies and coriander leaves and whip it. Remove it to a bowl. Add lemon juice and salt. Add salt and butter and oil. Add food color if required. Mix it well. Add the chicken pieces. Marinate for 15 mins. Now cook for 15 mins on low heat. Close the lid. Stir occasionally. U can follow my FB page 🤍 For more recipes u can visit my blog 🤍 Ingredient Small onions-10 no Pumpkin/Mathanga -1cup(chopped medium size) Tomato-1/2 of 1 small Green chilli-1 slits Curry leaves-1 string Turmeric Powder-less than 1/4tsp Chilli powder-1/2tsp Coriander Powder-1tsp Tamarind-lemon size Salt-to taste Coconut Oil-1tbsp Asafoetida powder-2pinch Jaggery -1/4 tsp grated(opt) Seasoning Coconut oil-1tbsp Dry red chilli-1 Mustard seeds-1/4tsp Fenugreek seeds -2 pinch Asafoetida powder-2 pinch Curry leaves-1 string Method Soak tamarind 1/2 cup water and keep aside for 10 minutes .. Then strain and keep aside .. Add pumpkin pieces along with turmeric powder ,tamarind water , salt and 1 cup of water .. Cook for one whistle ..Open the cooker and keep aside In between heat oil and add small onions (cut into two) ,green chilli and saute until the onions are done , then reduce the heat and add powders and saute until raw smell goes .. Then add tomato pieces and stir well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the raw smell goes .. Then to this add cooked pumpkin and mix slowly .. Add water if needed .. Boil and check the salt ..If u want u can add jaggery and mix .. Boil this curry for 5 to 10 minutes .. The consistency should be not that thin still loose .. So when it cool down it will become bit more thick Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds ,dry red chilli,fenugreek seeds ,Reduce the flame and add asafoetida powder and curry leaves pour this seasoning to the curry ..Close the curry for 10 minutes ..Then mix slowly and serve with rice ..Both white rice and brown rice goes well this simple but yummy curry . Note : Chilli powder depends up on spice level of the chilli u r using ..so adjust according to that ..

Heat oil and fry the chicken and keep aside .. In the same oil fry dry red chilli and keep aside .. Heat 3-4 tbsp of oil ,saute shallots ,green chilli ,curry leaves ,salt and ginger garlic paste till translucent .. Then add all powders and saute .. Now add chilli flakes and saute till the raw smell goes .. Then add tomato ketchup and mix ,saute for 5 minutes .. Now add hot water and mix ,boil and check the taste .. Add the fried chicken pieces and ,mix well.. Finally add fried chilli and curryleaves so the tasty easy spicy chicken kondattam is ready to serve

Wash well until clear .. Then soak for 6 hours.. Then grind the rice in two three batches by adding small amount of water .. The batter should not be too fine .. Pour the batter to a container .. Take bananas( 150gms) I used here Peel and grind to a smooth paste along with rice batter Then melt and strain jaggery ..(Here I took 300gms of jaggery ,melted in 1/2 cup water ) Pour this luke warm jaggery syrup in to the batter and mix well.. Roast coconut pieces in 2 tbsp of ghee until brown shade .. Add this to the batter .. Add cardamom powder and pinch of salt .. Mix well..taste the batter .. Adjust the sweetness according to ur taste Close the batter and Allow to ferment for 8 hours in a warm place .. After 8 hours take a unniyappam mould and pour coconut oil When hot pour one table spoon of batter in to each mould ,then adjust the flame to medium and flip the appams and fry until golden brown shade .. For shorter version of tomato rice video plz click the link 👉 🤍 Ingredients Rice -1/2cup(ponni,,white rice or basmati) Tomato-2 small or 1 big Green chilli-2 Curry leaves-1 string Chana dal-1/2tsp Urad dal-1tsp Turmeric powder-2 pinch Garlic-1 tsp Ginger -1tsp Mustard seeds-1/2tsp Hing powder-2 pinch Dry red chilly-2(slits) Coriander leaves- Cashew nuts -5(chopped) Red chilly powder-1/4tsp or Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1/2tsp Salt -to taste Ghee or Sesame oil -2tbsp Garam masala -one pinch Sugar-2 pinch Thick coconut milk-1/4cup Or Boiled Water-1/4 cup Method Cook the rice and keep aside . Heat oil in a kadai. Add dry red chilly , mustard seeds, cashew nuts and both the dals one by one .. Then add ginger ,green chilly ,hing and curry leaves and saute for a minute . Add powders and saute till the raw smell goes .. Then add the chopped tomato and mix well .. Add salt to the mixture and stir and cook the tomato by closing the kadai .. When cooked add water or coconut milk and heat .. Check the salt and spices .. Adjust .. Then add the cooled rice to this and mix thoroughly . Cook it for 2 more minute in low flame by closing the kadai and finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix well… Remove from the fire and transfer to a serving dish .. This simple homely curry or stew is one of the dishes that is served during the onam sadya. Olan is a light and mild curry with flavors of coconut milk curry leaves and cowpeas. Since olan is a coconut milk based curry thus it pairs very well with steamed rice. If possible you can serve it with Kerala red rice (matta rice). It is a flaky, puffy, round shaped, golden colored sweet ball that is popularly known as Badusha in the South and Balushahi in the North. Small balls that are slightly flattened are shaped out of a dough consisting of flour (maida), ghee and curd, deep fried to a golden shade and dunked in a warm sugar syrup. Add the maida mix into this ghee. Add cold water if required while kneading the dough. Don’t use too much pressure. Cover the dough with a wet cloth for 15 to 20 minutes. Sugar syrup To a saucepan add ¾ cup sugar and ¾ cup of water, salt ,cardamom and saffron(optional). On medium flame stir this syrup. Then add lemon juice and keep aside. Around 4-5 minutes it will need to get the correct consistency. [ if there is dirt particles in your sugar add 1 tbsp of milk and all the dirt will float and you can remove it with a spoon.] Now after the resting time, we need to gently knead the dough for 1 minute. Make small balls and flatten it.Press with your thumb in the center. (watch 🤍7:10).Press a bit deep. Make 5-6 badusha ready for frying and close the remaining dough with the wet cloth. Heat the oil to medium heat. Drop 4 or 5 badushas in the medium hot oil and then reduce the flame to low.Cook in low flame.It will take time around 15 mins to cook to avoid any raw dough remains. Fry them patiently till we get a fully cooked nice golden badusha. When it is fully cooked we can feel the outer covering to be crispy and golden colour. Take the fried badusha from the oil and keep aside in a kitchen tissue. After frying all the badusha, we have to reheat the sugar syrup. The temperature of the sugar syrup is very important. When the syrup is medium hot switch off the heat and immerse few of the badusha into it for 5 minutes to 15 mins according to your taste buds. Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍 Coconut Water Pudding || Glass Pudding - 🤍 Easy Bread Pudding - 🤍 Caramel Milk Pudding - 🤍 Mango Pudding - 🤍 Ingredients Tender Coconut flesh - 4tbsp Coconut Water -1cup Milk-1/2cup Sugar-3-4tbsp Salt- Unflavoured Gelatine-2 1/2tsp Method Soak Gelatine in 1/4 cup coconut water for 10 minutes . Grind coconut flesh to fine paste by adding 1/2 glass of coconut water . Then in a saucepan boil milk along with sugar . Then add bloomed gelatine to this melt well.. Switch off the flame ,add ground paste and 1/4 cup of extra coconut water . Mix well.Add pinch of salt too.. Now strian and pour the mix to small bowls .. After cooling down keep in the refrigerator and allow to set .. After 3-4 hours the pudding will be set .. Serve the yummy pudding ..Enjoy

Coriander seeds(Malli) - handful Garlic - 2 cloves Dry Red Chilli - 2 Turmeric Powder - 1/4tsp Kayam/Asafoetida powder - one pinch Uluva podi/Fenugreek powder - one pinch Tomato - 2 Cumin seeds - 1/4tsp Salt - to taste Coriander leaves - few Pepper(kurumulaku) - 1/4tsp Tamarind - small ball Oil - 1tsp Mastard seeds - 1/4tsp Curry Leaves - 2 strings Water - 3cup Take a blender and add coriander seeds, pepper, red chilly(1), turmeric powder, cumin seeds and garlic. Grind it well . Keep it aside . In the same blender add chopped tomato and make it a puree. Then take a kadai and add all the crushed mix and tomato puree along with water salt, curry leaves ,coriander leaves and tamarind . You can add one tomato sliced into this , depending upon how sour the tomato puree is. Boil for 15 to 20 minutes in medium flame.Check the salt and sourness. Then filter the rasam.Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds,dry red chilli slits and curry leaves and finally uluva podi and kayam podi. If you desire an unfiltered Rasam you can omit the filteration process and directly season the Rasam. Quickly pour this to the rasam.You can also add coriander leaves to garnish. So quick and easy nadan rasam is ready to serve. Note: You can increase or decrease amount of cumin and garlic according to you preference in taste.

Ingredients Mutton-1/2kg Onion -2 Small Onions-1/4kg Green chilli-4 Ginger -garlic Paste -1 tbsp Curry leaves Tomato-1 Salt Chilli powder-1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli-1 1/4 tsp Coriander powder-2 tsp Garam masala-1 tsp Fenel powder-1/4 tsp Crushed Pepper-1/2tsp method heat coconut oil .. add curry leaves and saute add inchi-garlic- paste d saute till raw smell goes Then add Onion and salt When it become tarnsperent add small onion and green chilli saute till brown shade then add all powders saute well in medium flame .. add tomato and cook till oil oozes out add mutton and mix and cook for 5 minutes then close and in medium flame one whistle open and cook for another few minu till oil appears taste and adjust the salt.. #momos #veenascurrywolrd #kidsmenu Authentic Dishes with my personal Touch 😍 Vegetable Momos Video 👉 - 🤍 Ingredients for the filling Chicken -250gm ( Half of the chicken shown in the video for 1 cup All purpose Flour ) Green Chilli -5 Garlic - 5 Ginger -small piece Salt -1/4tsp Soya sauce -1 tsp Pepper powder -1/4tsp Coriander Stem -2tbsp Spring Onion Green -1tbsp (opt) Sticken Stock or Warm Water - accordingly for Momos Red Chutney Tomato -2 Onion -1 Garlic -5 Ginger -small Dry red chilli -2 (or according to ur spice level ) Kashmiri Red Chilli -5 Salt - Vinegar -1tsp Water -1/4cup For the Dough All-purpose flour (Maida)-1cup Lukewarm Water -more than 1/4cup Salt- Sugar -1/4tsp Vinegar -1/4tsp Oil -2tbsp Method Take a bowl and add 1 cup of Maida , a pinch of sugar, 2 tbsp of olive oil and salt. Mix well. Add warm water(2 tbsp) and make a dough. Close the dough with a cloth and keep it aside for 30 mins. Make small balls and make small round rotis.make the rotis very thin. Keep the sheets ready. Red Chutney:- add sliced tomatoes , 1 small onion ,2 whole red chilly, 5 Kashmiri whole chilly, 5 cloves of garlic and a small piece of ginger into a cooker. Add ¼ cup of water and keep it for 3 whistles. Remove the skin of the tomatoes and also the stems of the whole chilly. Grind the rest and your red chutney is ready. Add salt. Check the sourness and add vinegar accordingly. Filling:- take ½ kg chicken breast and steam/boil it. After it cools down crush the chicken pieces into fine chicken. Add salt, finely chopped of ginger, crushed garlic, finely chopped green chilly, spring onion , finely chopped coriander. ¼ tsp pepper. Mix well. Add soya sauce. Mix well. Check the salt. Sprinkle chicken stock to the filling. Add lemon juice (optional). Keep it for resting. Take the rotis add small qty of chicken filling. Roll one end of the roti to the other. Make small pleats on the momos (watch 16:15 mins).you can make the shape accordingly. Always grease the plate and steam it for 15 mins. Serve it hot!!! #mushroom masala #veenascurryworld ആവശ്യം ഉള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ കൂൺ -250 ഗ്രാം സവാള -2 ഇഞ്ചി വെളുത്തുള്ളി അരച്ചത് - 1 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ പച്ചമുളക് -2 + 2 മുളക് പൊടി - 1 1 / 4 ടി സ്പൂൺ മല്ലി പൊടി -1 ടി സ്പൂൺ മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി -1 / 2 ടി സ്പൂൺ ഗരം മസാല -1 1 / 4 ടി സ്പൂൺ ഉപ്പ് - ആവശ്യത്തിന് പഞ്ചസാര -1 / 4 ടി സ്പൂൺ കസൂരി മേത്തി - തക്കാളി -1 ചൂട് വെള്ളം -1 കപ്പ് അണ്ടിപ്പരിപ്പ് അരച്ചത് - 2 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ (ഓർ ) ഫ്രഷ് ക്രീം Ingredients Mushroom -250gm Onion -2 medium Ginger Garlic Paste -1tbsp Chilli Powder -1 1/4tsp Coriander powder - 1tsp Turmeric Powder -1/2tsp Garam Masala -1 1/4tsp cumin powder -1/4 tsp Kasoori Methi - Green chilli -2 plus 2 Tomato -1 big or 2 small Salt - Sugar -1/4tsp Cashew nut Paste or Fresh Cream - 2tbsp Hot Water -1cup Method Slice the button mushroom into medium pieces. Take a bowl add 1 ¼ chilly powder ,coriander powder,jeera powder and turmeric powder.Mix these powders and keep aside.Take a kadai and heat some oil. Saute onion .Add salt . Saute till the onions are translucent add ginger garlic paste.Add some green chillies. Saute this .Add some Kasturi methi.saute well. Now reduce the heat to low. Now add the powder mix. SAute till the raw smell goes. Add tomato puree. Close the lid and let it cook well. Stir occasionally. Add some garam masala.Mix well. Then add the mushrooms. Mix the masala well on the mushrooms.Add hot water for your gravy. Let the water boil for 5 mins. The thickness of the gravy you can decide. Add 15 cashew paste to this gravy.Mix well.Add sugar (optional). Add kasthuri methi in the end. A pinch of garam masala in the end.Check the salt and other spices. Garnish with green chilli.
