Full recipe for Paneer lababdar Prep time: 15 mins Cooking time: 30 mins Serves: 4 For Tomato onion gravy Ingredients: • Oil 1 tbsp • Cumin seeds (Jeera) 1 tsp • Bay leaf 1-2 nos. • Cinnamon stick 1 inch • Cloves 5-6 nos. • Green cardamom 2-3 nos. • Black pepper corns 3-4 nos. • Onion 3 medium size (sliced) • Green chillies 1-2 nos. (chopped) • Ginger 1 inch (julienne) • Garlic cloves 6-7 nos. • Cashew nuts 7-8 nos. • Melon seeds 1 tbsp • Tomatoes 4-5 medium size (chopped) • Whole Kashmiri red chili 4-5 nos. • Salt to taste • Water 300 ml Method: • Heat oil in a wok, add the whole spices and sauté them for a minute. • Add onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic cloves, cook until onions are light brown. • Add cashew, melon seeds, tomatoes, whole Kashmiri red chili and salt to taste, cook for 4-5 minutes and add water and cover and cook further for 8-10 minutes. • Cool down the mixture and grind them into fine paste. For making paneer lababdar Ingredients: • Oil 1 tsp + butter 2 tbsp • Ginger 1 tbsp (julienne) • Tomato onion gravy • Water 200 ml • Paneer 100 gm (grated) • Paneer 400 gm (cubes) • Sugar 1 tsp • Garam masala 1 tsp • Fresh cream 1 tbsp • Salt to taste • Fresh coriander 1 tbsp Method: • Heat oil and butter in a wok, add ginger and sauté for a minute, add the freshly prepared tomato onion gravy. • Add water to adjust the consistency, cover and cook for 7-8 minutes. • Add grated paneer along with paneer cubes. Mix well without breaking the delicate paneer cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes. • Add garam masala, kasuri methi, fresh cream, salt and fresh coriander, mix well and serve hot with roti or paratha. Do try my recipes for Paneer lababdaar and Lachha Paratha. #PaneerLababdar #LachhaParatha #Ranveerbrar * 𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗞 🍅🍗🧀🥬 : 🤍 * 🍽️𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗭𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣🍽️ 🤍 For utensils, kitchen accessories & appliances used in this video and my recommended 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁. * ⏩𝓢𝓾𝓫𝓼𝓬𝓻𝓲𝓫𝓮 𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓮: 🤍 * PANEER LABABDAR Preparation time 15 minutes Cooking time 25-30 minutes Serving 2-4 Ingredients For Gravy 2 tbsp Oil, तेल 3 Cloves, लॉन्ग 2 Green cardamom, हरी इलायची 6-8 Black pepper cons, काली मिर्च के दाने 2 Bay leaves, तेजपत्ता 1½ Ginger, roughly sliced, अदरक 5-6 Garlic, roughly sliced, लहसुन 3 medium Onion, roughly sliced, प्याज 4 medium Tomatoes, roughly sliced, टमाटर 4 Dry Kashmiri chilli, सूखी कश्मीरी मिर्च 1 tsp Degi Red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ¼ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर 8-10 Cashew nuts, काजू Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार Water as required , पानी For Marination 1 medium Onion, diced, प्याज 1 medium Capsicum, diced, शिमला मिर्च Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार ¼ tsp Degi Red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर A pinch Garam masala powder, गरम मसाला पाउडर 500 gm Paneer, cubed, पनीर 1 tbsp Oil, तेल 2 tbsp Oil (to saute), भूनने के लिए तेल For Finishing Gravy 2 tbsp Ghee, घी 1 tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा 2 tbsp Garlic, chopped, लहसुन 1 medium Onion, chopped, प्याज 1 medium Tomato, chopped, टमाटर 2 fresh Green chillies, chopped, हरी मिर्च Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार ½ tsp Degi Red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 tsp Coriander powder, धनिया पाउडर ¼ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर Prepared Gravy, तैयार की हुई ग्रेवी 2 heaped tbsp Fresh Cream, मलाई ½ tsp Sugar, चीनी ½ tsp Dry Fenugreek leaves powder, कसूरी मेथी का पाउडर For Lachha Paratha 1 cup Refined flour, मैदा 1 cup Whole wheat flour, आटा Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार 1 tsp Oil, तेल Water as required, पानी 1 tsp Ghee, घी ¼ tsp Refined flour, मैदा 1 tbsp Ghee (for roasting), घी For Salt Mixture 1 tbsp Salt, नमक Water, पानी Process For Gravy In a deep bottom pan, add oil, cloves, green cardamom, black peppercorns, bay leaves and let it splutter. Add ginger, garlic, onion and saute it well. Add tomato, bay leaf, dry red chilli, degi red chilli powder, turmeric powder and saute it well. Add cashew nut, salt to taste, add little water and mix well. Cover it with a lid and cook on medium flame until the tomatoes turn soft. Onces the tomatoes are soft, transfer them into a bowl and grind it with the help of a hand blender to a smooth puree. Strain the gravy in another bowl and keep it aside for further use. For Vegetables & Paneer Marination In a bowl, add onion, capsicum, salt to taste, degi red chilli powder, garam masala. Add paneer and toss it well, Add oil and mix everything well. Keep it aside for further use. In a deep non-stick pan, heat oil, onces it's hot, add the marinated paneer mixture into the pan. Toss everything well. For Finishing Gravy In a deep bottom pan, add ghee onces it's hot, add cumin seeds, garlic and saute it well. Add onion and saute it well until light golden in color. Add tomatoes, green chillies and saute for a minute. Add salt to taste, degi red chilli powder, coriander powder, a pinch of turmeric powder. Saute on medium flame until the spices are cooked well. Add a little water and mix it well. Now, add the prepared gravy into the mixture and mix it well. Add fresh cream and mix everything well. Add sugar, add the tossed paneer into the gravy and mix it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, finish it with dry fenugreek leaves powder and mix it well. Garnished it with fresh cream, coriander sprig and served hot with prepared lacha paratha. For Lacha Paratha In a parat, add refined flour, whole wheat flour, salt to taste, oil, water. Knead a semi soft dough, add a little oil, cover it with a dam cloth and rest for 15 minutes. Firstly, pinch a large sized ball of dough, roll and flatten it. Roll it into a thin circle as of chapathi. roll as thin as possible. Grease the chapati with ghee and sprinkle wheat flour over it. Now start creating pleats by folding with the help of fingers. stretch the pleated dough as much as possible. Begin to roll the pleated dough like a swiss roll. furthermore, secure the end by pressing gently. Rest the roll dough for 10 minutes. In a bowl, add salt, water mix it well Take the rolled ball and dust with some wheat flour and start rolling to a thin circle. Heat a tawa, sprinkle the salt water on hot tawa and place the rolled paratha. After a minute flip off and cook the other side. Once the golden brown spots start appearing on both sides grease with ghee. Furthermore, flip and roast both sides. then crush the paratha to form layers. *

One of the most ordered vegetarian restaurant dishes in which soft and smooth paneer pieces are gently simmered in a mouth-watering and luscious gravy. PANEER LABABDAR Ingredients 50 grams grated cottage cheese (paneer) 200 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 1 inch cubes 2 tbsps oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 green cardamoms 2 cloves 3 medium onions, chopped 3 medium tomatoes, chopped Salt to taste 1½ tbsps melon seeds (magaj) 8-10 cashew nuts Gravy 1 tbsp oil 2 tsps butter 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic ½ tbsp finely chopped ginger 1 green chilli, chopped 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder ½ tsp dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) powder 1 tsp honey ¼ tsp garam masala powder 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves 2 tbsps fresh cream + for drizzling Fresh coriander sprig for garnish To serve Naan as required Salad Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick kadai, add cumin seeds, green cardamoms and cloves and sauté till fragrant. 2. Add onions and mix and sauté till golden brown. Add tomatoes and mix. 3. Add salt, melon seeds and cashew nuts and sauté for 4-5 minutes or till the tomatoes are soft and pulpy. 4. Take the kadai off the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly. Transfer into a blender jar and add ½ cup water and blend to a fine paste. 5. To make the tempering, heat oil and butter in the same kadai. Add garlic, ginger and green chilli and sauté for a minute. 6. Add Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix. Add the ground paste and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add 1½ cups water and mix, bring to a boil. 7. Add dry fenugreek leaves powder and honey and mix. Add grated cottage cheese and mix well. 8. Add cottage cheese cubes, adjust salt, add garam masala powder and coriander leaves and gently mix. 9. Add fresh cream, mix and take the kadai off the heat. Transfer this mixture into a serving bowl and drizzle fresh cream on top and garnish with coriander sprig. 10. Serve hot with naan and salad. To sauté the paneer, set a pan over high heat & once it gets hot, add the oil & butter. Once the oil gets hot, add the cubed paneer, salt & kashmiri red chilli powder, then toss the paneer over high flame for 1-2 minutes, doing this step will help the paneer to hold its structure in the gravy, once sauteed remove the paneer into a bowl & set it aside until you make the gravy. To make the gravy, heat a wok or a kadhai then add oil & butter, once the oil gets hot, add all the whole spices along with, garlic & chopped green chilli, stir well & then add the onions & cook over medium high flame until the onions turn light golden brown. Once the onions turn light golden brown add turmeric powder & kashmiri red chilli powder, stir well & then add a splash of hot water, stir well & cook the masala for 2-3 minutes. Further add the prepared paste along with salt & sugar, stir well & cook over medium high flame until the oil separates. Once the oil separates add hot water as required to adjust the gravy then cook for 2-3 minutes, then taste the gravy & adjust the seasoning accordingly. Further add the paneer, butter & all the remaining ingredients, stir well & cook only for 1-2 minutes & then finally sprinkle some more fresh coriander. Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: 🤍 Recipe : Paneer Lababdar Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients: 250g Paneer 2 Oil tbsp ½ cup chopped Onions, Chopped ½ tsp Cumin (Jeera) seeds 1 cup fresh Tomato puree 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili powder ½ tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp Butter ¼ cup Fresh Cream Salt To taste Ginger, Shredded 1tsp Coriander leaves Method: Heat oil in a pan. Sauté cumin and chopped onion in the pan until brown. Add tomato puree and stir well. Cook over low flame for a minute. Add the red chilli powder, garam masala, and kasoori methi. Stir in the paneer. Cook over a low flame for 5-10 minutes. Remove from flame. Pour the butter and cream over the top. Garnish with shredded ginger and chopped coriander. Serve hot. Masala Laccha Paratha Preparation Time: 25 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1 cup wholewheat flour ½ tsp salt 1 tbsp oil For the stuffing: 4 tbsp melted ghee 2 tbsp chopped coriander 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder 1 tbsp kasuri methi Salt to taste 1 tbsp flour Method: Prepare the dough by mixing both the flours, oil, salt and sufficient water to knead a soft dough. Rest the dough for 20 minutes and knead again for2 minutes. Mix together the ingredients for the stuffing. Break the dough into tennis sized balls. Roll out the dough to a large roti. Apply the stuffing liberally all over the roti. Fold into a fan shape. Pick from one end and roll to a make a ball. Flatter the ball and roll to make a paratha. Cook on a medium hot tawa. Apply oil as required and cook on both sides till the parathas are crisp. This gravy has nice, rich and creamy texture. This is a very easy and simple recipe. We alredy have seen few paneer recipes like palak paneer, shahi paneer, paneer masala, paneer paratha, kadhai paneer etc. Here is another delicious addition to the list. This recipe is rich, creamy, spicy and full of flavours. We are making this perfectly restaurant style. The paneer just melts in mouth. I will be sharing few tips and tricks to retain that perfect texture of paneer. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe. Ingredients: • 1 tsp Oil • 4 sliced Onions • 2 medium size chopped Tomatoes • 7~8 Cashew nuts • 1 tbsp Butter • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste • 1 tsp Garam masala • 1 tsp Coriander powder • Red chili powder • Hot Water • Salt to taste • 1 tsp Fresh cream • Grated Paneer • Paneer cubes Method: • Heat up oil on medium heat in a pan and add onions. • Fry onion well until it gets light golden color. • Add tomato, cashew nuts and fry well for about 5-7 minutes until tomato is cooked well. • Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down a little. • Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and blend into smooth paste without using any water. • Use a little water if needed. Avoid using water as far as possible. • Heat up a pan on medium heat and add butter. • You can use oil in place of butter. • When butter melts add ginger-garlic paste and fry well. • Add the blended masala and fry well for about 5-6 minutes. • Add garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder and mix well. • You can use kitchen king masala in place of garam masala. • Add sugar and fry everything well together for about 3-4 minutes. • Adding sugar helps to balance the sourness of tomato. • When masala begins to release oil add hot water and mix well. • Add salt and mix well. Simmer the gravy well for about 6-8 minutes. • Add fresh cream and mix well. • Adding fresh cream is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want. • Or you can beat the malai well which is available with you and use it in place of fresh cream. • Add grated paneer and paneer cubes and mix well. • You can fry the paneer before adding if you want. • Cook the gravy for just 3-4 minutes. • Turn off the gas and paneer lababdar is all ready. • Serve it with naan or paratha. • It goes well as side dish with jeera rice too. Transfer it to a bowl and keep aside. In the same pan add oil, once it's hot, add white onions, salt to taste, coriander leaves and saute until onions are translucent. Transfer it to the same bowl. Add curd, transfer it to a grinder jar and make a smooth paste. Keep it aside for further use. For Curd Mixture In a bowl, add prepared paste, curd, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, a pinch of cumin powder and mix it well. Keep it aside for further use. For Paneer Marination In a bowl, add paneer, oil, crushed black peppercorns, a pinch of asafoetida, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, tender coriander stem and marinate it well. Keep it aside for further use. For Paneer Afghani In a handi or lagan, add oil, ghee, once it's hot, add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and let it splutter well. Add prepared curd mixture and saute it well for a while. Add water as required and cook until the desired consistency. Transfer it to a serving dish, add a pinch of dry fenugreek leaves, place the seared paneer and garnish it with coriander sprig. Serve hot with roti. For Sauteing Paner In a pan, add oil, once it's hot, add marinated paneer and sear it until golden brown in color. Full Recipe: 🤍 Paneer Lababdar is a delicious, rich, creamy paneer gravy that's also surprisingly light. The flavours are warm, buttery, slightly tangy and mildly sweet. Grated and cubed paneer add layers of texture and make every bite irresistible. Serve it with butter naan, jeera rice or even just roti for a comforting and delicious meal. Timestamps: 0:00 - Introduction 0:22 - Cook ingredients to grind 0:45 - Grind into a fine paste - gravy 1:03 - Saute whole spices and add masala 1:24 - Pour gravy into pan and boil 2:09 - Add remaining ingredients 2:28 - Add paneer and cream 2:54 - Add grated paneer and coriander 3:09 - Serve and relish!

Paneer Lababdar Ingredients Oil 2 tbsp Ghee 1 tsp Cloves 5-6 pcs Black pepper 10-12 pcs Cinnamon 2 inches Bayleaf 1-2 pcs Green cardamom 2 pcs Black cardamom 2 pcs Onion chopped 1 cup Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp Red chilli pwd 1 tsp Turmeric pwd 1 tsp Coriander pwd 1 tsp Tomatoes chopped 2 cups Soaked cashew 3 tbsp Cream 2 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Kasoori methi 1 tbsp Paneer 300 gms Coal 1 pc Coriander for garnish Heat a pan, add oil, cloves, black pepper, bay leaf, black cardamom, cinnamon and saute it. Then add chopped onion, ginger and garlic paste and cook until onion gets translucent. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook until it gets mashy. Transfer it to a mixer grinder, remove whole spices and make a paste of it. In a mixer grinder add soaked cashew nuts with some water and make paste of it. Heat another pan, add oil, ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder and saute. Then add onion-tomato masala paste, boiled cashew paste and cook for a while. Add cream, butter and stir. Then add salt, kasoori methi and cook for a while. Now place the lighted coal in a bowl, transfer it to the gravy, pour some ghee on it and close the lid and smoke it. Lastly add paneer triangles and cook for 1-2 mins. Paneer lababdar is ready to serve. Do try and let me know how you like it.. #PaneerButterMasala #PaneerMakhani #Ranveerbrar * 🍽️𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗭🥘𝗡 𝗦𝗛🍳𝗣 🍽️ RB Store - 🤍 Kitchen Appliances - 🤍 Knives I use - 🤍 * 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - 🤍 * ⏩𝓢𝓾𝓫𝓼𝓬𝓻𝓲𝓫𝓮 𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓮: 🤍 * 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼: Paneer Lababdar - 🤍 Paneer Tikka Masala - 🤍 Shahi Kaju Paneer Masala - 🤍 * For more fantastic recipes, check out the Ranveer Brar App 📲 📲𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐝 - 🤍 📲𝗶𝗢𝗦 - 🤍 * PANEER BUTTER MASALA Preparation time 15 minutes Cooking time 30-35 minutes Serving 4 Ingredients For Gravy 3 tbsp Ghee , घी 1 Bay leaf , तेजपत्ता 2 Green cardamom , हरी इलायची 3 Cloves , लॉन्ग 1 inch Ginger, chopped , अदरक 3 cloves Garlic, crushed , लहसुन 1 fresh Green chilli, cut in half , हरी मिर्च 2 medium Onions, sliced , प्याज Curd Mixture , दही का मिश्रण 2 Dry Kashmiri red chillies, deseeded , सुखी कश्मीरी मिर्च 18 Cashew nuts , काजू 6 medium Tomatoes, cut in 8 pieces , टमाटर Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार ½ tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 ½ cup Water , पानी 2-3 drops Kewra water , केवड़ा वाटर For Curd Mixture 1 heaped tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 heaped tsp Coriander powder , धनिया पाउडर ¼ tsp Turmeric powder , हल्दी पाउडर 3 tbsp Curd , दही 3 small cubes Butter , मक्खन For Soaking Paneer 200 gm Paneer, cubes , पनीर Warm salted water , गुनगुना नमकीन पानी For Onion Tomato Masala 4 tbsp Butter , मक्खन 1 medium Onion, chopped , प्याज ½ tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 medium Tomato, chopped , टमाटर Other Ingredients Prepared Gravy , तैयार की हुई ग्रेवी 1-2 tbsp Honey , शहद 2 tbsp Butter , मक्खन 1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek leaves , कसूरी मेथी soaked Paneer , भीगोया हुआ पनीर For Garnish Fresh Curd , ताजा दही Fresh Coriander leaves , धनिया पत्ता Process For Soaking Paneer In a bowl add paneer and soak it in some warm salted water and keep aside for further use. For Curd Mixture In a bowl add degi red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, curd, butter and mix everything properly and keep aside for further use. For Gravy In a kadai heat ghee and add bay leaf, green cardamom, cloves, ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion and saute them until translucent. Now add curd mixture, dry kashmiri red chilli and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes or until it's fragrant. Then add the cashew nuts, tomatoes, salt, degi red chilli powder and saute for 2 minutes on medium high heat. Add the water then cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft. Finish it with kewra water and switch off the flames, let it cool down and then grind it into a fine paste with a hand blender or mixture grinder. Keep aside for further use. For Onion Tomato Masala Tempering In a kadai heat butter and add onion saute until translucent then add degi red chilli powder then saute it for half a minute. Now add tomatoes and cook until soft then pour the prepared gravy, butter, honey, dried fenugreek leaves and mix everything properly then bring it to a boil. Add the soaked paneer without water and boil it for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
