Nice and neat. I agree that running slims down the legs and the thighs. Might I also add that excess of white bread and sweets go straight to the fesses. A moment's delight on the lips..A life time of regrets on the hips !
I’ve always been so insecure about my legs, u tend to compare myself a lot to my friends since they are so thin and I am the “muscular” friend, I wasn’t overweight or underweight but I just had really have bulky look to myself. I have been trying to get slim thighs for a year and nothing has worked (also partly because I am a foodie) I realised that I can’t spot reduce fat, so I’ve done a heap of research and so now I’m doing hiit,running,power walking,and light residence workouts! Starting tomorrow to really focus on my legs wish me luck!!

I can’t track myself but try to have the same routine with some variety but am strict on my diet I don’t go out really probably been months but trying to get back into so don’t have breakdown when go out but also work so much that can’t get to the gym always … I am scared because have cellulite but my mom always over feed me when I was younger because she did not want leftovers and told me even if I’m slightest but hungry to eat but then think have to eat alot till hunger gone but always told her got use to it then she made me eat and drink only certain things thought were normal but I wanted normal mom fed their kid healthy and homemade meals but she also did not have money so I just hated myself and she told me lies and think have to eat every time slightest bit hungry and fast food all the time her go to. But know so finally did something for myself and she messed up my whole body I could have been normal skinny girl but no . So I went on diet and would workout to death till I was happy and now very strict on my self and hate to go out or switch anything now I got app make sure everything healthy that I eat but I am modeling and in school type deal so I feel i need to be tiny though I want to be strong for sports so idk what to do and want my marks gone : / also get insecure about lower belly and down there but think it also may be when I had sugary which cause bloat hard as a rock and extra tissue maybe because went in that area what do you suggest ? I hate that making this comment but need to know what is normal and how should go about it

so i started running a lot and my legs slimmed down but now my calves are huge so i was wondering how i slim down my calves when i still need to slim my legs?
