Dear John my name is Jaleh 60 years old. I have started watching your videos recently. I have been suffering from depression because of all the war going on around the world. I am a victim of war myself. But watching your videos is a kind of healing for me. I have to say congratulations to you to help me defeating my depression. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Bruh. You talk too much
this is called " ija " in tunisia .
Haven't tried it, but I bet eggplant would work well in this.
you talk to much!
Bro you seem so nice🤣 I love watching your vids. Ty!
Eggs in Purgatory. (Italy)
Usually it is made with fresh tomatoes not those of a cane. You can also add aubergines
if you reverse time, the tomatoes will get back together 🥰
g r o o m <er>
Now that's an interesting way to cut an onion
Nothing easy about this haha
North African more specifically TUNISIA 🇹🇳 u could have said that .
You can’t even chop properly and you didn’t use harissa. How tf can I trust your cooking. No no mo
I once made it without even knowing the actual dish. The sauce is pretty similar to indian the sauce we make in India. I just cracked 2 eggs in my veggie preparation to get this.
Palestinian Shakshuka is so delicious. Probably the best in the world
Not canned tomatoes!!!! Always use fresh.
I’ve been making this dish since I was 14. I don’t put cilantro or parsley in it but sometimes I add green peas and mushrooms . I also serve it over steam rice, but I like it with crusty bread as well.
Your kitchen is so tasteful. Intentional pun. Those are beautiful, and I'm sure, quality cooking tools. I can't wait to make this!
