19-year-old musician, actor, and social media force Jacob Sartorius releases his debut film Breathe: The Documentary. Available exclusively on YouTube, the nearly 25-minute documentary follows Jacob as he travels from LA to Amsterdam to meet his hero: Dutch wellness guru, motivational speaker, and extreme athlete Wim Hof (aka The Ice Man). Sartorius conceptualized and produced the documentary to share the immense impact the Wim Hof technique has had on his own life. Jacob was first introduced to the Wim Hof method by his therapist as a way of coping with his anxiety and depression. The daily meditation completely changed how he sees life, and eventually helped Jacob cultivate improved resilience and control through a series of centered deep, rhythmic inhales and exhales. “I am so excited for my fans to see the impact Wim Hof has had on my life,” says Sartorius. “He’s such an incredible person, and I wanted my fans to see that. Everyone has to find what works best for them when it comes to their daily, internal struggles. For me, this breathing method has completely changed how I live my life, and I really want my fans to know that this is out there for them.” wimhofmethod.com

Love this ♥️♥️♥️
Come to South Africa next bro
I always do it before meetings and social events - literally better than alcohol and coffee because you have only positive effects - plus it cost FREE. I do it because it helps my ADHD and connecting deeper with people
I cried and I’m still crying seeing you overcome!! Incredible job, Jacob and team! The Great Wim…thank you for changing the world. ❤
I watch wim I get the feeling if I show up on his door step he will welcome me with open arms. Wim you just have that vibe!!!
Well-done! Wim is such a wonderful soul. Let's spread his message!
Whoever feels like they have a story to share or they would like to inspire other people, but they are stopped by the fear that people might not care, and the idea of this world where you have to fit in and follow the trend, otherwise no one cares, just know that there are so many people out there searching for your story, searching the answer that you have. And those people are desperate to find you because of this trendy world... real stories get lost in between popular made up stories
Just be authentic, be you. If you care about your story that means there are others who care too.
Listening things like this young man shares.. it always makes me remember that I'm not alone. Real experiences matter, authenticity matters... we are all similar at some point.
beautiful story telling, cinematically very inspiring, wow - about a man that changed my life from the inside out through discovering myself through my breath
This video is amazing
Thanks for using your platform to raise our vibes 🥰
