I love to eat meat and veggies because we are omnivores. Stay away from processed foods, seed oils, and vegetables that grow in the ground. I harvest 5-6 deer a year and fish regularly. I grow my own vegetables. Man was not designed to be vegetarian or vegan.
vegan and burger? these two words dont go together..... that sounds really scary itself, i wouldnt eat such thing
Fish increase mortality and yet pescetarians live longer than vegans and Japan and Okinawa both eat fish and have few health problems and longevity.
Eggs are a perfectly healthy whole food. When you get heart diseases you have a different problem with your diet and your lifestyle. Usually eating a lot of sugar and other processed foods in combination with generally eating too much. Regular ecercise may also be unknown to you.
These are a great transition product. But also, since when is a burger a healthy item. I appreciate having a vegan burger (vs a bean burger). I have them once in a while, as a treat.
I'll eat Beyond Meat even though it is expensive and not that delicious. I don't trust any GMO burgers. That includes Impossible and some Morningstar Farms. Some Gardein burgers taste good but are highly processed. The best burgers are Sunshine burgers, but they are expensive now, but the ingredients are really good. It is also very easy to make your own burgers from your leftovers and a binder like flour and maybe some gluten.
I was vegan nearly a year got my cholesterol checked and was totally shocked to see that my cholesterol had only dropped a measly 8 points. I immediately knew it was the processed food including vegan sausages, vegan cheeses and impossible meat, etc. I went whole food plant based, eliminated refined oils, sugar and all processed food, including vegan meats and my cholesterol dropped 40 points! Anybody concerned about their health, truly concerned would eliminate ULTRA PROCESSED FOOD! That stuff is poison to our bodies, minds, souls and the environment. Whole food plant based is the way to go!
Burgers are junk. Does not matter whether they have meat or not.
Everyone. Everywhere. In times like these we need to add more shade trees to open parking lots, convert our wasteful lawns and backyards to permaculture food forest gardens landscapes with perennial drought and heat tolerant plants to provide food year long for our family, friends and neighbors. It’s healthy and better for us mentality/physically and the environment. You will get your vitamins C from the food you grown and vitamin D from the sun. :)
it's so easy to make your own plant based burger you should not be buying store brands alot are loaded with too much fat anyway
Vegan burgers were a life saver for me! I try to eat whole food plant based, but making the transition from a western diet is difficult. Drive down the freeway and take a rest stop for a bathroom break and see what your food choices are. All we can do is make the best selection at the time.
Fake burgers are poison, I would rather eat red meat again and stop being WFPB than eat that crap again.
All that and not one mention of Organic? Loses credibility
I am vegan 21 years
I never ever try those burgers I know all of beyond meat are sooo bad
Don’t be fooled!
I’ll sum it up;
Oil,
Sugar and
Salt
Are
ALL
VEGAN!
All they ( gonna) do is shift all those miserable ingredients that are harmful from one to the other market.
It will STILL be processed food !
He actually doesn't understand what a food desert is
I keep telling my mother to stop eating cheese.
Late last night I was shopping and looked at two brands of vegan cheese, but didn't buy them.
1. They were more expensive than regular cheese.
2. Though they had no cholesterol, they had a higher content of fat than most regular cheese and certainly low fat cheese.
2. OF THE TWO BRANDS I LOOKED AT THE HIGH FAT WAS ABOUT 90% SATURATED FAT!
When is the coconut oil religion going to end.

“Occasional snack” doesn’t mean weekly binge. The vegan meats should be treated like potato chips and gummies. All of them cause physical harm, just marginally less than meat.
