bull crap..no corelation to heart disease from high ldl..you actually are healthier and live longer..i eat 5 eggs a day and my triglycerides are dropping and my hdl is rising
there is nothing like the whole food plant based diet. I've been vegan for nearly 7 years. Thought I was eating pretty healthfully. Of course, my cholesterol was not a concern, but with the influx of all the vegan ice cream bars and other fatty junk food and increased stress during Covid, I found myself with insulin sensitivity issues. So, WFPB I went. And the results are more than amazing. Weight loss, skin glowing, insulin sensitivity has risen....everything good. My body craves fruits, melons, potatoes..I am amazed at the way it reacts to these foods. Energy is incomparable. I will forever be grateful to these wonderful people for guiding me.
It's also well known.

That doctors like Kim Williams are still peddling the diet/heart hypothesis, which has been scientifically demolished in hundreds of studies, is part of the health crisis we are now facing.
Doctors that still sell their patients statins and plant-based diets should have their medical license revoked.
The first study you mention and introduce as showing higher mortality actually literally states: "..higher intake of proteine was associated with NONSIGNIFICANT increase in total mortality."
my good friend's brain was starved of glucose as a result of long term Atkins diet non carb eating she has profound dementia now I wish studies would focus on these types of outcomes in older adults on Keto/low-carb eating
Again, that study disproves your hypothesis. The “study” said plant keto lowered mortality. Your logic is one study proves your hypothesis. Im not pro keto but again ldl cholesterol isnt the cause of inflammation. Unhealthy carbs also cause inflammation. Your so obsessed with one biomarker- you ignore every other health biomarker. So your diabetes will get better, thats important for the epidemic of diabetes. People who eat eggs eat junk food( correlatioj not causation). Bad scientific logic

Vagueness and proof of concept. These statements are not causal and show a lack of understanding of liver physiology. “Low carb” is overly vague. That study is scientifically meaningless, conceptually. There are unhealthy carbs and healthy carbs. Too many of these “ plant based” doctors barely mention or explain liver physiology. High triglycerides , caused by liver converting excess carbohdrate and refined carbs, (not saturated fat)into adipose tissue. Even michael greger who comes off the most evidence based doctor doesnt warn about excess unhealthy carbs. This is unscientific nonsense. T colin cambell makes sense but the this is why most folks ignore this nonsense

I hate to say it but a lot of people are going to unfortunately died or by serve illness by being misleading by keto short term benfits.
