It's not the egg. It's the butter it's fried in, the pesticides and chemicals the chicken is exposed to, the bacon that's eaten with the eggs.

Wow, I'm really impressed. These were probably the most concise answers I've heard on this channel.
Eggs kill lots of people who willingly eat them but the saturated fat clogs the arteries to the brain so we can understand a severe cognitive impairment in decisions related to diet. I don't dislike those people. I pity them.
Strange have left animal products behind me years ago, however, am still drawn to watch this to have some info ready when my friends use the usual arguments to continue to fund these destructive/toxic industries… ‘eggs tho’ 🤣😂

Humans have been eating eggs since humans exist. They are healthy and delicious.
He’s the only guy I’ve heard that says eggs are bad. Maybe 5% of the population could follow his diet. It’s been proven that the vegan diet is much too hard to follow and stay healthy. The carnivore doctors say what he says, it’s the diet for good health and heart health.
In regard to nuts & weight - maybe what they do is regulate weight, because I'm someone who has suffered from being underweight and nuts & seeds help me maintain a healthy weight. I've been dealing with a life threatening illness and couldn't eat nuts & seeds nor beans for awhile due to the minute amount of mold content they contain, but through fasting and intensive treatment progressed enough by last September to be able to eat them again, and I am enjoying them now. From 2018 - 2021, I was always at least 10 pounds under the lowest weight for my height, at least. After the fasting I had to do to get this thing under control, I weighed 88 lbs in September 2021 (before that, I couldn't eat anything but avocados and non-starchy veggies that grow above the ground without being in a lot of pain or I wouldn't have taken it that far, trust me). I made progress though, and since introducing nuts & seeds back into my diet (I don't even eat carbohydrates for other reasons, so no whole grains or beans for me right now, though I did try eating them for awhile again), I've been able to gain 25 pounds and now maintain a healthy weight of around 115 lbs. I'm 5' 3". I haven't been able to do this since 2018. Nuts & seeds are my staple though, along with tons of veggies, and I never get anywhere close to being overweight.

There’s always going to be exceptions and various nutritional arguments, that’s why the focus needs to be on the actual VICTIMS - which is what veganism is really about anyway. It’s an ethical position and way of life which abstains from the willful contribution of animal exploitation, suffering and death. The egg industry is a HORRIFIC industry, torturing and mass murdering billions of innocent chickens a year. Being vegan isn’t about US, it’s about the victims.

PB charletans always find a study to negative about meat, fish, eggs, diary. But they will find that seed oils, ice cream, carbs, fiber are extraordinaire. Please give me a break of these epidemiology studies. Scientists are doing more epidemiology studies than real science and confusing consumers. You should have a video explaining why so many ex-vegans with young ladies.
Basically saying everything is bad other than plants based food. I think there should be practical solution for the real world scenario. Certainly you can't build body without having animal protein or have to cook hour long for plant based, which is just unrealistic. Stop making video if you don't provide realisitc solution for a problem. And stop throwing speculation everywhere.
