C'mon Scotty this vw is like putting lipstick on a pig! The radio already went out, wait till its gets older and do an update. Sure upgrading to 300hp will be fun, but won't last. Any car will last if you don't drive it, don't tell us any different...
I have a 2016 Golf which got the air pipe to the engine loose and I noticed after 6 months of driving. It was driving with a weird sound and poor acceleration. I am afraid that the turbo and injectors got all dirty as it was sucking air without the filter. Should I worry about it?
1. What can be damage in the engine if the air goes directly from the outside without passing by the air filter?
2. How do I clean the turbo? I will like to do it as a precaution.
Hey Scotty I love your videos brother. But I think you drank a wee to much coffee on this one. Because you said if Catalytic has 3,4,5psi its ok. But then you said but then you said if it has 3,4,5,6+ its clogged. Not knocking you whatsoever brother. I love your videos. I really do. Very informative big time. I do exhaust for a living. And anything at or almost 3psi is giving you problems or close too. 3+ or above is considered clogged and has a po-430 code. For catalytic inefficiency. Which you know that. Just wanna share that code to people. Scotty keep up the awesome videos. And one less cup of coffee. Lol joking. ✌🍺
Love you Scotty!!!
Please do a review of the 2022 hyundai veloster N DCT I just got one and I wanna know your opinion Scotty!
I’ve got a 2015 Golf with 120k miles built on the same platform and have had 0 issues. Averaged about 24,000/year the past 3 years. The MQB cars are top tier, they really worked out the kinks before releasing them, there’s a testing video on YouTube. These cars also have a system in them that run coolant through the engine after you turn it off to cool the turbo down.
Good cars I approve this message
Now I know Scotty loves Toyotas and Volkswagen!😆
Never thought we'd see this day
Sad that it does not matter the brand of the car, if it says Made in Mexico, run as fast as you can!
Yeah yeah yeah He can’t beat the machine but what is more fun you shifting your own gears or being bored leaving your car shift for you??
Save the manuals!
Scotty, did VW design this engine with a catch can?
Just wondering how they prevented the carbon buildup on the back of the intake valves?
"and this is a big butt"
VW recommends 10k between oil changes.what a crock
How Scotty breaks in his customer cars.
I’ve had several APR tuned VWs. Awesome company.
It's like Scotty's doing a Max Headroom impression
