Im showering cold every morning for about 2 months now each time 3 minutes long. I never felt tired during the day since the beginning, fully motivated to move and do things and my mindset changed completely. It’s so insane that this small habit has such a big impact on the body and mind.
My pain is in my lower limbs, feet and toes where the coldness of a shower doesn't really reach. Instead, I take a 10 minute cold but not an iced bath for 10 minutes most days and find it more effective!

I simply hate feeling cold, but I started cold baths for all it's amazing benefits and I'm loving the results. I find that cold showers are harder for me to get used to, but sitting in a cold bath is much more manageable. Hopefully, as my tolerance builds up I'll be able to take cold showers. 🥶
