Ste 102 Calabasas, CA 91302 Fluffiest Pancakes Recipe (Makes 6): 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 cup milk 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons melted butter In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well and set aside. In a measuring cup, combine milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well and pour the liquid into the dry mixture. Stir until it just comes together. A lumpy batter is okay. Let it sit and hydrate for 2 minutes. On a nonstick pan on medium-high heat, melt a little bit of butter to coat the bottom of the pan. Let it get hot and then add 1/4 cup of pancake batter at a time. Cook it on each side for about a minute and a half and then flip. It'll be nice and lacey and delicious. Top with salted butter and maple syrup or add your favorite mix-ins into the batter. © 2022 Honeysuckle® All Rights Reserved.
These look perfect the Fluffiest Pancakes I've ever seen! I'll definitely try this up! Thanks a lot!
I tried today the recipe, everything was correct except for the salt given that the first two pancakes were a bit salty, maybe next time I won't use salt and I will add more sugar. I used vegetable margarine instead of butter. For the rest, the recipe is SO GREAT and doesn't take too long, my pancakes were tall and fluffy, which is so different from the French crepes. I got exactly 6 pancakes! I can't wait to buy maple syrup and try it for the first time :)))
Elite level is to add navy rum or bourbon 🥃
As expected from Dzung! I usually eat Japanese hot cakes and avoid American pancakes because they’re usually rubbery, tasteless and stodgy but these pancakes are flavourful, light and fluffy! I only tried this recipe because it came from you and you’re the only YouTuber who’s recipes have not failed me and I love them! This is my go-to pancake recipe now! No more Japanese hotcakes!
Looks good! Never added an egg or milk before but ill try it nextime

How much of the AP flour do you think I could substitute for a whey/Casein Protein powder mix? I'm currently on a diet and need to increase my protein intake.
