The Canon R5 in 2022! The canon R5 has quickly turned into my favorite camera in my bag and has been a workhorse for several projects! I don’t know you and you don’t know me… but sir next time u do sharks… take me with you lol…
How are you using the R5 under water?
thank you. how about making a video showing how to color grade the 4K footage?
Bro! This is a great review of the R5. If I want to get into that type of filmmaking where do I start to get gigs like that. I love animals and wildlife but don’t know how to make a living filming those things.
I have been shooting Nikon my whole life and this has convinced me to give the r5 a shot, I am not even halfway through the video! Amazing camera work 🔥
The fish at FsmqLi4ER_g&t=04m17s 04:17 is like.. the last photo of me.
Nice Video. What is the intro song?
great video. What font did you use on the camera settings? I noticed you used 35mm Tamron, why tamron and not sigma or canon? Havent heard good recommendation of Tamron. I am hopin to buy a 35mm soon.
Have you experienced problems with the IBIS wobble?
This or the R5c???!
Couldn't agree more. Opted for the R5 last year since (a) it's 45MP and (b) it supports more video formats than any other in its price range - even matching Sony a1 video support (which is twice the price). No overheating issues yet.
Only used this camera for one day so far and the autofocus at night time on a soccer field has blown my mind. Coming from the original R I feel like I would get the best results with a medium sized box and just try to keep that over the players. With the R5, I just point in the general direction and like you said, it's magic.
Almost feels like cheating when I think back to my 5D3.
I've never really used the mechanical shutter, and always have had great results. A little bit of rolling shutter, but not enough for anyone to notice it. Great shots with the sharks btw!
extremely good upload Tomas Koeck. I smashed the thumbs up on your video. Always keep up the exceptional work.
A proud owner. Greetings from Tokyo 🗼
I guess we won’t be hearing about the 90 D anymore….
The photos are amazing. The videos... well... are okay for such a small and light body. That's also my experience with this body. It's a bargain if you are a pro photographer and need some videos here and there. For video you should not use it unless you are forced to, and for cinematic - forget it.
Overheating is an issue, and you can't solve the root cause of that in software.
“This flagship was the best camera in the world upon release. Is it still worth it a week later?”
