Troublesome that need to connect the cable to the motherboard and the ram. What if cable suddenly break. There wont be aura sync anymore. Trident Z Rgb still best
I am anti rgb. It just makes everything look tacky.
Still waiting on DDR4 to work on my z97 Gigabyte MotherBoard...
Oki star lord
I just went back and watched this video tonight. Actually really early this morning (9/28/2018). It's crazy how fast the RGB craze took over and matured so quickly. I have 4 DIMMs of the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro memory in white. From a switch on the memory to change the color and wires connected to the motherboard for power all the way to 10 individually addressable LEDs controlled through iCUE software and completely ran though the DIMM sockets on the motherboard. The RGB world sure had come far in the memory category in less than a year. On the other end of the spectrum, I still had to modify my Lian Li Bora fans to work with a 5v addressable RGB header so I could control the lightning with Asus Aura Sync. All the companies so badly want to make money they stick you with fans, probably the most popular RGB item, that can only be used with their proprietary controllers. I know first hand that it's not hard to wire them, and even daisy chain them, to work with a standard 5v header. I have 9 Bora fans. 3 groups of 3 all synced to whatever I want through Aura Sync. I have the help of a 5v RGB hub I found on Performance PC's site made by XSPC. The hub connects to the mobo then the 3 groups of fans connect to the hub. I then set Aura to 48 LEDs in each "strip" (Bora fans have 16 lights each and 3 fans in each group. 16x3=48) and it works beautifully. Well worth the mod!
There's clearly a problem with the rgb connection cable because in software mode the green leds just don't turn on.Tat's why all the colours in the left side of the circle are all messed up, they miss the green component.
thi s can sync with MSI mother borard and GPU?
I have the exactly same ram and my only problem is that when they are on fan header they are not in sync.
But other than that those "brighter" spot dont exist on my ram, it looks consistent acros whole stick
Maube it because i have amd edition
I don't think the switch shaking would be a problem because well let's be honest. Nobody shakes their PC around like that.
Damn ''GEIL'' means in german 'horny' or 'Awsome' xD
I'm currently using x fire fury DDR 4 Ram memories. 16Gb (2400Mhz) on slot 1, 8Gb (2666Mhz) on slot 2 and 8Gb (2133Mhz) on slot 3. When PC reboots it shows below 'American Megatrend's Logo', the Total Memory size: 32Gb, however Windows 10 only detects 24Gb. Even forcing inside SETUP, putting DIMM frequency set to AUTO or 2133Mhz, the operating system still rejects the last 8Gb on slot 3. Why does it happen?
Can the geil evo x used with B350 mobo?
Sorry for bad english
>RGB Ram sticks
>stock cpu cooling
Never touch the pins with your Finger
Geil means in Dutch ''Horny'' lol
Theres so few RGB PC components.
Theres just a few. And the few is always highend. So most expensive. Nobody goes out to buy a 6K USD pc the first time he is building one..
I have a rgb psu and a g3258
Geil is a german word what means something like awesome
