Lettuce Abound Farms grows seven different varieties of lettuce using no natural sunlight and just 4% of the water typically needed.
Why does every aeroponic video gloss over the nutrients?
This is the Way
This facility is using super inefficient aeroponic technology, precisely they are using low pressure aeroponics tech... they are not using NASA's nozzle misters which are publicly available online and they would save massive amount of money in nutrients and water. NASA misters are clog free from salt build up and have zero run-off.
Anything to do with hydroponic, aquaponic, and aeroponic are simply clean to eat.
I think it's a great idea, I'd buy it.
But I mean, the difference between aeorponics and hydroponics is a bit semantic
Still using single-use plastic boxes to pack it and sell it. Not eco-friendly at all.
This makes me excited for the future!!
no plastic was harmed in the
packing of one lettuce head
What about these plastic containers after consuming contents ?
In3rr18K7Zs&t=1m14s 1:14 twelve hours or a day before harvest all nutrients change to pure water only to avoid bitter taste?
"We are now Hemponix Seed Co." "Lettuce Abound is no longer growing lettuce. We have transitioned to growing & breeding hemp seeds. The facility has been converted to utilize our vertical farming methods and state of the art genetics to create the highest quality industrial hemp." Interesting transition.
Right. But your using more plastic, how does this make any sense? Also those plants are so leggy and bolting...
what about all the plastic packaging?
I want a small system like that in my house . Very cool
How much did your whole setup cost to build including building and how much do employees make for working there?
