About Hip Dips First up, hip dips are totally normal. I have hip dips, and I am certainly not ashamed of them, neither should you be. How obvious your hip dips appear is down to a few different things (again- please remember they are normal!) These include the anatomy of your pelvis and hips and the distribution of fat and muscle in your body. Now as we already know, we cannot spot reduce fat. We cannot choose where we loose fat from in our body. We can however loose fat as a whole by exercising and being in calorie deficit. Please bare in mind, I am a huge advocate of a healthy, non-restrictive lifestyle, which DOES not include massively restricting what you eat. In terms of exercise, as well as burning calories, we can also target specific muscle groups and joints to build muscle in that area, which will lead to sculpting and toning. Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following 1. Being in calorie deficit 2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel) 3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles. The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I don’t believe in crazy fad diets. Time to fix hip dips & get a round hourglass hips!♥︎ This workout targets exactly the gluteus medius muscles (side part of our booty). It will help you to get rid of hip dips and shape the sides of your booty to get that hourglass look. I use a heavy booty band in this video, but you can do it with lighter bands or without a band too, of course! If you're ready, press play! ▪️ Intensity: Medium/Intense ▪️ Recommendations: • Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so. • Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. This is a hip dips workout that will focus on exercises that will help build the muscles around the hips to help get rid of hip dips from home. THE TRUTH ABOUT HIP DIPS 🔥 Hip Dips are caused by the shape of your pelvis. Hip Dips are a normal part of your body's structure. Hip Dips are associated with the shape of your bones something that can not be changed. All our bodies are unique so it's normal to look "different" than other women or bodies. You can make them appear less by doing exercises that target the muscle around your hips.
