TUESDAY'S DAILY FOCUS when following the FlyLady cleaning routine is Plan and Play Day. Each day of the week, the FlyLady gives a specific daily focus. On Tuesday, Fly Lady has her FlyBabies focus on desk activities such as menu planning. However, not all of us were raised with a FlyLady influence and may not completely know where to start with menu planning and how to be consistent and effective with planning meals for our families. Thank you so much for watching. I am crazy about how good I feel now that I have a focus and structure in my home! I really wish I had found this when I was in my 20's. That is why I do this. Hello! My name is Amy and I work as a Registered Nurse, full time, on a Progressive Care Unit. I am also a mom to two little ones, Elliott and Evelyn, as well as in school part-time for my Master’s in Nursing Education. I started the FlyLady System in April 2019 and it has completely changed my life. The FlyLady System is a Cleaning System that I am incorporating in to my life as a full-time working mom. Working 12-hour shifts is unbelievably challenging while trying to maintain a clean and tidy home. I have struggled, and still do with this. However, the FlyLady System has taught me how to maintain my house in small steps. In this video I give you some insight on how I am adjusting my routines due to a coronavirus crisis. Happy Planner and Happy Notes tips for never forgetting to bring something you need using a Launch Pad. The Launch Pad is a FlyLady term meaning a table, bench, etc. by your front door to place items on that you'll need when you leave the following day. The Launch Pad is a great way to prepare for the back to school season, your work day, or any other event you need to attend.
