Layers of Bananas topped over with the goodness of Olper’s Dairy cream make this dessert so decadent. #OlpersDairyCream #GoodnessBarhjaye #FoodFusion #olpers #HappyCookingToYou #Cake #Recipes Written Recipe: 🤍 Serves 7-8 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Chocolate Ganache: -Dark chocolate chopped 100g -Olper’s cream 50ml Prepare Crust: -Caramelized biscuits or Biscuits of your choice 300g -Makhan (Butter) melted 70g Prepare Olper’s Whipped Cream Layer: -Ice cubes as required -Olper’s cream chilled 500ml -Icing sugar ½ Cup -Vanilla essence 1 tsp Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: -Cream cheese 200ml -Icing sugar ½ Cup -Vanilla essence ½ tsp -Banana 3 or as required -Pineapple chunks 1 Cup or as required -Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped as required Directions: Prepare Chocolate Ganache: -In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream & microwave for 1 minute then mix well & transfer to a squeeze bottle. Prepare Crust: -In a chopper,add caramelized biscuits & process until finely crushed. -Add butter & process until well combined. -In a serving dish,add add crumble mixture & press firmly to create an even layer and refrigerate until set (30 minutes). Prepare Olper’s Whipped Cream Layer: -In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well. -Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat until soft peaks form & set aside. A fantastic degi haleem recipe for everyone to treasure. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #KisanFoods #Kisan Written Recipe: 🤍 Serves 8-10 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Gandum (Wheat) 1 Cup (soaked overnight) -Jau (Barley) 1 Cup (soaked overnight) -Chana daal (Split bengal gram) ¾ Cup (soaked overnight) -Mash daal (White lentil) ½ Cup (soaked overnight) -Masoor daal (Red lentil) ½ Cup (soaked overnight) -Moong daal (Yellow lentil) ½ Cup (soaked overnight) -Chawal (Rice) Tota ¼ Cup (soaked overnight) -Water 3 litres or as required -Boiling water as required -Boneless beef large pieces ½ kg -Kisan Sunflower cooking oil 1 Cup -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-3 -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 10-11 -Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2-3 -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 & ½ tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tbs or to taste -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tbs or to taste -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup -Water 4 Cups or as required -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste Prepare Tadka: -Kisan Sunflower cooking oil 4-5 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small -Garam masala powder ¼ tsp -Pyaz (Onion) fried -Adrak (Ginger) julienne -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Chaat masala -Lemon wedges Directions: -In a pot,add wheat,barley,split bengal gram,white lentil,red lentil,yellow lentil,rice & water,mix well,bring it to boil & remove scum,cover & cook on low flame until tender (approx. 2-3 hours). -In boiling water,add beef,bring it to boil & boil for 4-5 minutes then strain & set aside. -In a pot,add cooking oil,cinnamon sticks,black peppercorns,bay leaves & mix well. -Add onion,mix well & fry until light golden. -Add beef,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste & mix well. -Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt,garam masala powder,cardamom powder & mix well. -Add yogurt,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until tender (approx. 40-45 minutes). -Remove bay leaves,cinnamon sticks & discard. -Turn off the flame & mash well with the help of masher. -Mash lentil mixture with the help of wooden masher. -Now add cooked beef gravy,mix well & mash again with the help of masher for 10-12 minutes. -Add salt & mix well. Prepare Tadka: -In frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,mix well & fry until golden. -Add garam masala powder & mix well. -Now add prepared tadka & mix well. -Garnish with fried onion,ginger,fresh coriander,chaat masala,lemon wedges & serve ! Again challenging what your air fryer can do we decided to make donuts in an air fryer and they came out just perfect. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: 🤍 Air Fried Doughnuts Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 500g -Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs -Sugar powdered ¼ Cup -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Anda (Egg) 1 -Cooking oil 3 tbs -Doodh (Milk) warm ¾ Cup -Vanilla essence 1 tsp -Non-stick spray -Chocolate melted 200g -Multi sprinkles Directions: -In a flour kneading machine,add all-purpose flour,instant yeast,sugar,salt,egg,cooking oil,milk & vanilla essence,use dough hook attachment & knead until dough is formed (approx. 8 minutes). -With the help of greased hands,knead dough again until smooth. -Grease dough with cooking oil,cover with cling film & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place. -Transfer the dough on a clean working surface,take a small quantity of dough (60g) and make a smooth ball,press,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin. -Coat a small cutter with all-purpose flour and cut with a floured cutter from the center and similarly make other doughnuts. -On a baking tray,place doughnuts,cover with cling film & proof again for 30-40 minutes or until double in size. -Grease air fryer basket with cooking oil. -Place doughnuts,spray non-stick spray & air fry at 150C for 4-5 minutes. -Let them cool completely on a wire rack (30 minutes). -Dip one side of doughnuts in melted chocolate and place it on wire rack to allow excess melted chocolate to drip off. -Sprinkles multi sprinkles & let it set for 8-10 minutes & serve (makes 17-18).
