Your ceiling fan is making a noise. If your ceiling fan is whirring, clicking, scraping or grinding or buzzing or humming, it is telling you what the problem probably is. This video explains the most likely cause of your most common ceiling fan noises and what needs to be fixed. If you need to repair your fan there are countless videos on YouTube covering repairs. In addition, you can find most user manuals of common fans online. This video just covers how to identify the most common noises to help you fix your fan. Before replacing a capacitor or doing any repairs to fix noises always make sure you have tightened all screws and oiled the unit as just doing those two things solves or reduces most noises. I forgot to mention in the video, many older homes had fans installed a long time ago using dimmer switches. You often get humming with dimmer switches as most fans were not designed to operate on a dimmer switch. Here are some customer service or company phone numbers of the most common fan makers. I love the EcoFlow RIVER 2, the baby brother of the EcoFlow Delta. In fact I love it so much that I've made it a permanent part of my ongoing "off grid" solar office project. But the stock fan is far too loud and noisy! I decided to do something about it and modify my unit with a much quieter Noctua fan. Support the channel! Hey, we're The Get Right Band. We're a psychedelic indie rock band from Asheville, NC. We spend a lot of time touring and we know how useful white noise can be... sometimes you need to drown out your band mate's snoring, or you're at a hotel and construction starts next door at 7 AM but you didn't go to bed until 4 AM, or your band mate wants to listen to ABBA in the van and you seriously need to block it out. So we made a few of these white noise videos that we thought would be perfect for drowning out noise, sleeping, relaxing, whatever. This one is the classic white noise fan sound... not the kind of fan that cheers after a show, the kind that gently whirs you to sleep. For anyone who's interested, we recorded this with a Shure SM7B (we love that mic!). We used the very fan that we always bring into hotel rooms to sleep to, stuck that Shure mic up to it, and recorded it on medium for a few minutes. We brought the recording into Logic and looped it for 10 hours (using some crossfades to make the looping completely unnoticeable). We decided to pair it with a black screen for anyone who really just wants the audio and wants their screen to be as dark as possible. If you want to check out our music, here are the links: YOUTUBE: 🤍 SPOTIFY: 🤍 INSTAGRAM: 🤍 FACEBOOK: 🤍 TWITTER: 🤍 WEBSITE: 🤍 10 hours of relaxing fan noise/white noise to help you get a great night's sleep. Fan Sound Black Screen is a soothing white noise ambience to help you sleep. The fan audio creates a calming environment and the sound masking blocks out distracting noise. This is a reissue of one of our popular fan sounds, this time with a dark screen. With the black screen, you'll benefit by keeping the room dark while sleeping, saving battery life, reducing data usage and not having to worry about screen burn-in. This relaxing white noise is also great for helping you focus while doing homework, office work, studying, reading, test prep, writing essays or any task that requires focus. To focus, you need to be in a peaceful environment. When playing the fan noise, sounds of people talking, tvs, other people's music, pets and other noises fade away into the background. Enjoy a moment of peaceful bliss. In this video we're looking at an Acer Swift with a busted cooling fan, but when dealing with a 'noisy fan' is very important to identify if the fan is busted, or just loud. I had another job after recording this video where the customer requested a replacement fan in their laptop, but when I inspected it, there was nothing wrong with the fan, the laptop was just running hot. Sleep well to this loud fan noise for 8 hours with a black screen. ✪ Subscribe for more awesomeness: 🤍 This makes an excellent fan noise for sleeping. This sleep noise is combined with a black screen so the light won't bother you while you are sleeping I recorded this loud fan to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. I used to work as a meter reader and walked into a laundry mat one day to read the meter. In the back, I saw this large fan and asked the owner if I could record it and he agreed. It is him that actually turns the fan on while I'm behind the camera filming. For this one I used my Canon HD SF100 camera. I kept the camera in my car as a traveled just in case I ran into neat things like this. The back room this fan was in had a type of warehouse feel to it, which helped the fan noise echo throughout the room which the camera picked up perfectly. What do you think of this loud fan noise for sleeping? After I got home that day I put the footage into Sony Vegas video editor to create this fan noise video. I separated the fan audio from the video so I could triple the fan noise in the audio tracks. This allowed the fan noise to be much fuller, and louder. Once the screen goes dark you can see a relaxation bed rocking on the screen to give you a visual aid for sleeping if you need it. Relax and sleep well my friends. In this video i have show you that how to repair tik-tik/click-click sound coming from ceiling fan. There can be different types of sound coming from the ceiling fan but the reason for all of them is either the bearing is wear off or the shaft is wear off. First of all you need to open the ceiling fan to check which one of the bearing is loose , in most of the cases the upper bearing got loose or either the shaft got wear off. After opening the ceiling fan first visually check everything then try to shake the bearing and check for any play in then. If you see the scratches on bearing then its wear off and if you see the scratches on the shaft then its also wear off. If the bearing is wear off then simply replace it with the new one and if the shaft is wear off then hit the shaft area with a sharp tool or a hammer end and it will increase the diameter at that particular area and helps to hold the bearing tightly. One man, known as The Chillout Warrior, was about to take his last step off the edge of the craft when he heard a noise – something like metal fan blades whirring at high speed. He looked down and saw a huge metal contraption on the floor which resembled some sorta giant metal fan. He decided he had to take it with him, for his own spiritual health he had to. So he took the fan and left, back to Earth without a sound. TECHNICAL This metal fan noise is the perfect sound to get to sleep faster, the audio has been equalized and spread in the stereo field to create an 360 experience that covers the frequency spectrum. The metal fan noise have been carefully eq'd to sit next to each other in the mix and fatten up the audio making it an excellent sleep sound. The video has a black screen to assist with sleep and relaxation and it runs for 10 hours for all those heavy sleepers out there! HEALTH Prolonged exposure to sounds to get to sleep faster can be damaging to your hearing. Please be aware of your volume levels and protect your ears at all times! REQUESTS: If you have any requests for future metal fan noise for sleep then please let me know in the comments below and I will do my absolute very best to create them for you. Peace and happiness to you all 🙏 #fan #gettosleepfaster #metalfan
