Instant Pot Sambar, Very Make Sambar in 15 mins, Easy & Tasty One Pot Sambar, South Indian Sambar Recipe for Idli Dosa Vada, hotel sambar recipe, udupi sambar recipe, drumstick sambar #Sambar #InstantSambar #SambaerInCooker #OnePotSambar Ingredients for Instant Sambar Tuvar Dal - अरहर की दाल - 2 tbsp Bottle Gourd - लौकी - 1 small piece Pumpkin - कद्दू - 1 small piece Carrot - गाजर - 1 small piece Tomato - टमाटर - 1 Drumstick - मुनगा की फली - 1 Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2 Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp Salt - नमक - 1.5 tsp Sambar Masala - सांभर मसाला - 2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli - कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - 1/2 tsp Tamarind Pulp - इमली पल्प - 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves - धनिया पत्ता - 1-2 tbsp For Tadka: Oil - तेल - 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds - सरसों - 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds - मेथी दाना - 1/4 tsp (optional) Asafoetida - हींग - 1/2 a pinch Curry Leaves - कड़ी पत्ता - 10 - 12 Red Chilli - लाल मिर्च - 2 Kashmiri Red Chilli - कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - 1 pinch How to prepare an Instant sambar? 1. Wash and soak 2 tbsp of arhar dal/Pigeon pea in lukewarm water for 20-25 minutes. 2. Chop bottle gourd (lauki), pumpkin, 1-tomato, carrot, and 2 green chiles into bite-size. Take a drumstick and cut it into 1 or 1.5 inch pieces. 3. Take 1 tbsp of tamarind/imli and soak it in 1/2 cup of warm water for 30 minutes. 4. After 20 minutes, add soaked dal and 1 tbsp of water to the mixer and grind the dal coarsely. 5. Add coarsely ground dal, 1.5 cup of water, chopped veggies, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1.5 tsp of salt to the cooker. 6. Cook the sambar for a whistle. 7. Mash the imli and filter out the pulp using a strainer. 8. After a whistle, cook the sambar over low heat for 2 minutes. Once cooked, take the sambar out on a plate. 9. Add 1 more cup of water, 1/2 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of sambar masala, 1 tbsp of grated ginger, some chopped coriander, 2 tbsp of tamarind pulp to the sambar, and cook it for 3-4 minutes. 11. Take the sambar out in a bowl and heat 1 tbsp of oil in the Tadka pan. 12. Add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp of fenugreek seeds, 1/2 pinch hing, 10-12 curry leaves, 2-red chilies, 1-pinch red chili powder to the oil, and mix well. 13. Cook till sugar dissolves. 3. When sugar dissolves, cook it for 2-3 min and add crushed cardamom to it. Then turn off the flame and keep the syrup covered. 4. Apply ghee on hand and mash the dough. Besan ke laddu Tips for besan ladoo, Magad Ke Laddo, Besan ke laddoo problems, besan ladoo too liquid, besan ladoo raw taste, #besankeladdu #MagadKeLaddu #BesanLadduProblems Ingredients: Chickpea flour - 2 cups (250 gms) Sugar - 1 cup (250 gms) Ghee - 1 cup (250 gms) Muskmelon Seeds - ¼ cup Green cardamom powder - 1 Tsp Nutmeg - 1 How to make Besan Ladoo For Tagar 1- Take 1 cup of sugar in a pan, add ? cup of water in it and cook until sugar dissolves. 2- Stir it in the intervals while cooking it and cook until it reaches the thick consistency. 3- Add 1 tbsp of ghee while continuously stirring it to avoid clods and keep it aside to cool down. 4- Keep stirring after keeping it aside. For the mixture: 1- Add 175 gms of ghee in the wok and melt it. 2- Add 250 gms of chickpea flour in melted ghee on the low-medium flame. 3- Roast while continuously stirring it to avoid lumps. 4- Add more 1 tsp of ghee if the mixture appears dry. 5- Sprinkle some water to make the mixture uneven. 6- Again, roast it until water disappears. 7- Switch off the flame but, don’t stop stirring for 1-2 minutes. 8- Pour the mixture in another bowl to slightly cool it quickly. 9- Dry roast ¼ cup of Muskmelon seeds until they expand and their colour changes. 10- Pour them in a separate bowl to avoid them from over roasting. 11- Keep on stirring the mixture in intervals also. 12- Touch and check the temperature of the mixture. 13- Add 250 gms of Tagar, roasted Muskmelon seeds, 1 tsp of coarsely grounded green cardamoms and 1 smaller sized grated Nutmeg in the mixture. 14- Mix all the ingredients properly For Ladoo: 1- Take some mixture in your hands and bind it while rolling in your palms. 2- Bind them and give them the shape of a ball. 3- Prepare all the Ladoo in the same way. Serving 1- You can make 16 Ladoo from the prepared mixture. 2- Store them in an airtight container and eat for 10-11 months. Suggestions: 1- You can increase or decrease the quantity of sugar according to your taste. 2- The thicker sized chickpea flour is required to make these Ladoos. 3- If you are using tagar which is available in the market then, use a ½ proportion of the finer sized boora and a ½ proportion of the larger sized boora. 4- Cook sugar syrup until it appears white. 5- If clods appear then, break them and filter on a strainer. 6- The ratio of Ghee, Tagar, and Chickpea flour should be equal for the Ladoo. 7- 1 cup of chickpea flour is equal to 125 grams. 8- While roasting continuously stir Chickpea flour to the formation of lumps. 9- Press and stir the mixture in case lumps appear. 10- Ladoo sticks to the throat only when it has not properly roasted. 11- Roast until a soothing aroma arises from the mixture and it appears darks too. 12- Roast Chickpea flour on the low flame for a while to avoid its raw taste. 13- Save some quantity of Ghee for the further process. 14- Chickpea flour expands by adding water. 15- Switch off the flame but, don’t stop stirring to avoid it burning from the bottom. 16- The mixture loses its consistency when Tagar is mixed in the warm mixture. 17- You can add any dry fruit in ladoos but make sure they are roasted to increase its shelf life. 18- You can make ladoo of your desired size. 19- In case Ladoo is still sticky then, store them in the refrigerator for a while. 20- You can add ¼ tsp turmeric powder in 250 grams of Ladoo for better colour or you can add the food colour. 21- The ladoo splits when Tgar has not mixed in the warm mixture.You can avoid this issue by adding some amount of the melted ghee in it. paneer recipes, Paneer angara banane ki vidhi, Dhaba Style Paneer Angara, Spicy Paneer Curry, #PaneerRecipes #DhabaStyleCurry #PaneerAngara Ingredients for Paneer Angara Tomatoes - 4 (300 grams) Green chilli - 2 Ginger baton - 1 inch Dry red chilli - 1 Cottage cheese - 250 grams Green coriander (finely chopped) - 2 to 3 tbsp Cottage cheese (grated) - ½ cup Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp Butter - 1 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Coal (piece) - 1 Cashew - 2 to 3 tbsp Capsicum (chopped) - 1 Cinnamon stick - 1 inch Bay leaves - 2 Cloves - 3 Green cardamom - 3 Black pepper - 7 Dry fenugreek - 1 tbsp Asafoetida - ½ pinch Cumin seeds - 1.25 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1 tsp How to make Paneer Angara 1- Take 4 tomatoes and chop them into the larger sized pieces. 2- Take 2 green chillies and chop them. 3- Preheat a wok, add a tablespoon of oil in it and heat it. 4- Add a teaspoon of cumin seeds to it followed by 3 green cardamoms, 2 smaller sized pieces of bay leaves and 7 black peppers. 5- Saute them and add dry red chilli too. 6- Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and ginger baton to it. 7- Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of cashews to it and cook while covering it on low flame. 8- After 10 minutes, grind it for a fine paste. 9- Preheat a pan, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in it and heat it. 10- Add a ¼ cumin seeds to the heated oil and saute it on low flame. 11- Add a ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder, a teaspoon of coriander powder, a teaspoon of red chilli powder, a tablespoon of dry fenugreek leaves to it on medium flame. 12- Roast the Masala mixture until oil separates from it, add chopped capsicum to it and roast it along with spices. 13- Take a lump of coal, place it on the stove, add some oil over it and switch on the flame. 14- Let it burn aside and roast the Masala mixture while stirring it. 15- Add a cup of water to the Masala mixture followed by a teaspoon of salt. 16- Add some chopped coriander, some cubes of cottage cheese to it and mix well. 17- Add a ½ cup of grated cottage cheese to it and mix well. 18- Cover and cook the curry for 5 minutes on low flame. 19- After cooking the curry, place a mini bowl along with burned coal over the curry. 20- Spread some asafoetida and oil over the coal. Cover and cook for 10 minutes while switching off the flame. 21- After 10 minutes, remove the mini bowl and mix a tablespoon of butter to it. 22- Add some finely chopped green coriander and mix it well. Serving 1- Serve it along with Paratha, Chappati, Naan, rice or anything you desire. 2- The prepared quantity of curry is enough for 3 to 4 members of a family. Even a kid knows what a samosa is. Ingredients Maida - 2 cup (250 grams) Ghee - 1/4 cup (60 grams) Salt - 1/2 tsp (as per taste) Potatoes - 400 grams (4 medium size) Green peas - 1/2 cup (optional) Cashews - 10-12 (optional) Raisins - 25-30 (optional) Green chilly - 2-3 (finely chopped) Ginger - 1 inch long piece (grated) Green coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Coriander powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1/4 tsp Mango powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 3/4 tsp or as per taste Oil - for frying Directions Getting ready: Pressure cook the potatoes until one simmer or till they get soft. Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them finely. Making: Now in a big mixing bowl, take refined flour and add some ghee, salt and mix well. Add lukewarm water in small portions and knead stiff and tight dough. Cover and keep the dough aside for 20 minutes to rest. Meanwhile let is prepare the stuffing. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and to it add ginger, green chilly and green peas. Cover the wok and let it cook for 2 minutes till the peas get soft. To it add rest of the following ingredients – finely mashed potatoes, salt, green chilly, green coriander, coriander powder, garam masala, mango powder, raisins and cashews. Stir and mix the ingredients well. Stuffing is ready. Now pinch 7 to 8 small to medium size dough and shape them round. Roll out the dough ball to about 8 to 10 inch diameter round, keeping it little thick. Then divide the poori into two equal halves and lift one part in your hands. Apply some water on the edges and fold giving it a cone shape. Stuff the cone with potato filling, give a small fold at the back and apply some water on the edges. Bring both the ends together and stick well. Keep the shape correct and likewise prepare all the samosas. After this, heat enough oil in a wok or pan to deep fry the samosas. Slide 4 to 5 samosas or as much as possible in the pan and deep fry until they get brown and crispy from both sides. Keep the flame low-medium. Drain out the fried samosas on kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil and fry rest of the samosas, similarly. Serving: Serve piping hot samosas with any tangy and zingy Indian dip or chutney like coriander chutney, mint chutney or sweet chutney and relish eating. Garnish with pistachio shavings.Balushahi can be stored in refrigerator and eaten upto 15 days.
