This is a night city racing map in gmod, as explained by the creator below. It was posted to me by him in the comments of the last map of his we reviewed, while this map is not as almighty as that one, it's a great, and one of few night racing maps :D Wangan is a map set on Toyko's expressways at night, it is the perfect map for street racing as it has working traffic The map has no mounting requirements just click and play Cars featured in screenshots are from TheDanishMaster His Workshop Features Functioning traffic, to race through. Custom made textures. Smooth roads. Optimised networking should work fine on Peer-to-Peer multiplayer. A admin room, used for toggling map features. (location in last screenshot, use noclip to enter) good performance. ( 120fps+ on a capable computer ) Do not decompile or redistribute without permission! I was busy this week with school exams that had to be made, so i found these clips in my hard drive and had the idea to edit and upload it so that i can still give you guys a chill GMOD vid, this time you will see me dimi and gelatin racing in gm_wangan, was a pretty funny time as he showed us "audio drugs" for the first time, and so we looked into it and just went along with it. I hope that you'll like this video, i haven't uploaded a chill vid with some friends in a while so this was pretty rare to occur in my uploads, i just had the perfect clips in my hard drive that i didn't want to waste and instead just recycled it into a YT video. The gm_mudpit is the first map I have seen with actual "mud", the map will slow vehicles down when driving in mud by simulating mud in magic ways. Cool. Also it looks great and is the best off-road racing map I have seen that actually offers some real dirt racing. Great map for ACF trucks and off-road cars, as well as for realistic vehicle addons racing. My only suggestion is that maybe a variant that is more daylight and light would be nice to also have. Gmod Desert map by the same author as of SkyCity. This garrysmod desert sand map has however unlike SkyCity a lot of room for improvement, the particle effects and most parts of the design is missing something, as well as being too saturated. The map has potential if it was worked on some more. One can however make great screenshots if one choose angles carefully, otherwise i'd recommend other desert maps we reviewed before, like DD desert or so. Gm_York is a new very good city map in gmod by MergasTroll. This is actually one of the best maps this year because it combines a very nice map composition that works very good for sandbox building in Garry's Mod for cars, especially fast ones, aircraft and even boats. All this in a city environment with a nice feeling to it. Awesome day version of gm_goldencity, which is a night map. Complete with HDR this map looks amazing, one of my new favorite city maps! Definaltely a top level garrymod city map! "Here's a map that's heavily inspired by gm_bigcity. I've been wanting to make a city map like this for a decade, and I've finally gotten around into doing just that. I probably could have gotten this out of the way a while ago, but better late than never, I suppose. Features: - A downtown area plus a highrise area - A sunken highway with a couple of tunnels connecting to the other roads - 14 buildings with interiors. There are some exterior open doors that you can walk into that teleport you into the interior. To go back outside, press E on one of the elevator doors or whatever kind of door you teleported in front of. - An AI Nodegraph - HDR - A single soundscape throughout the map. The reason it's just one is because I'm not great at soundscapes. Taking a look at Ξ【 S Δ∇Δ∇ 】Ξ's could addon that adds moving clouds for all maps in gmod, you can control speed height and size. Very nice!
