Taiwanese have their snow ice, Koreans have their bingsu, Japanese have their kakigori, and of course there are the classic snow cones. My problem is that it is quite expensive for what it is. Korean Shaved Ice is something I always enjoyed in the Spring and Summer in Korea~! The frozen milk was still a bit thick here instead of being very fine like snow, but it still tasted just as good! I went to Sul & Beans to get some bingsoo (Korean shaved ice) and I wanted to share it with you all. Bingsoo is Korea's version of shaved ice. They use a special technique to shave it super finely so the end product comes out like a fresh powdered snow. Sometimes the ice is made from milk or some other flavored drink. It is then topped with various toppings, like fresh fruit, condensed milk, and sweet red beans. We got four different bingsoo: yogurt and berry, chocolate, injeolmi, and fresh mango. OTHER recipes: 🤍 MAybE this isn't exactly bingsu, since you eat it straight out of box, buuuut it does taste like it! This video is a little different from the usual hahaha Originally, i wanted to make ice cream in a bag. But instead of putting the ingredients in a bag, i added them to a box. So, if you were to follow the ingredients listed below using 2 zip lock bags instead of 1, you should be able to get ice cream instead of bingsu. Anyways this video recipe is to show you how to can these milky-icey-goodness at home instead of going all the way to a Korean dessert shop! INGREDIENTS: in a BOX, 240ml milk 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract in a ZIP LOCK BAG, 1 tray of ice 4 tbsp salt After shaking it for 10 minutes, the ice cream didn't come together so i decided to put it in the freezer for about 2 hours. you can freeze them for days, till the day you want to consume it :) Scrape the milk ice in the box using a fork then swallow down a big, nice scoop. SUPER GOOD! Well, if you ask me if the shaking step is necessary, i would say yes. Firstly, you need to mix the milk, sugar and vanilla extract until well-combined. Also, mixing the ingredients together while the mixture is slowly setting, gives some texture to the bingsu, allowing it to be scraped out easier after freezing. Remember to wear gloves when shaking, because getting frostbite from this ain't cool hahaha. My fingers turned so red and numb midway shaking... okays, all the best and have fun to yall ~

(leche condensada) * Frijol dulce * - 200g de Frijol rojo. (Fat en coreano) - 180g de Azúcar. - 2g de Sal. - 1.5L de Agua. (puede agregar mas si todavía no esta bien cocido el frijol) (Si quiere que este mas dulce puede agregar 50g de Miel) - Tteok - injeolmi (pastel de arroz) - Frijol tostado en polvo. - konggaru - Lechera. - Fresas. - Nieve de fresa. - Lechera. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• PROCEDIMIENTOS 1.Mezclar leche, agua y lechera. Vaciar al contenedor y congelar por un día. 2.Poner el frijol rojo en una olla y agregar agua. Cuando hierve tirar el agua. 3.Agregar nuevamente agua y dejar hervir por mas de 2 horas. (agregando poco a poco el agua si es necesario) 4.Cuando ya este cocido los frijoles agregar azúcar y sal. 5.Presionar con la espátula, mezclando. Il fait partie de cette famille de plats prisé des coréens car il aide à se rafraîchir pendant les canicules qui durent plusieurs semaines en Corée du Sud. Alors n’hésitez pas à le tester. Ça aide à supporter la chaleur !☀️ 🍑 Ma version est à base de pêche, mais il en existe de nombreuses sortes (mangue, melon, fraises, haricots rouges…). L’important c’est la base de la glace que l’on appelle « neige de lait ».❄️ Je vous montre simplement comment la réaliser sans machine à glace spéciale !
