From time to time I struggle with health anxiety. Sometimes I have intrusive thoughts and lot of worries about my health because I was once living very unhealthy living style and had tought times when I was ill with common Illnesses.
Now with very healthy lifestyle and cold showers I started doing this breathing method and I must say that when I start doing it's like big relief coming.

Just tried this yesterday, I held my breath for 2 minutes 30 seconds underwater. I could definitely go longer if I put more will power into it
