At a8Gx8wiNbs8&t=1m03s 1:03 , Jake appears to be angry at Lo'ak over something. It is quite possible Lo'ak was tasked to watch Tuktiery, but he decided to hang around Tsireya instead in which it caused his little sister to get into trouble.
