I got this hydroponic unit to test out and show other people that also purchased it how to actually use it since the instructions are in Chinese and some of the folks on Amazon that bought it were a little confused. Hopefully I covered thing well in the video to help people out. I think the only thing I didn't mention was that I keep the lights on 16 hours and off for 8 hours each day. It's a good set for beginners since it has everything you need to try hydroponics besides the nutrients. I think it would make a great cloning machine too. It is white, letting light in, so it will definitely cause algae to grow
Factoring in the price of electricity, is that really an economical way to grow plants?
I almost got that one. Ended up with a tube nft system. Building the rest of it myself from now on.
They dont sell the kit anymore - BOOO!
Love this system its only $30 and includes everything to start up minus the nutrients.
Sick of seeing those aerogarden and idoo units.
Those wattages your quoting are wrong I can tell just by looking especially 600 w? Did you get the equivalent confused with the actual cuz to me looks like a bunch of cheap Amazon blurples but I could be wrong. And that cloner jeez hope you didn't pay more than 10 bucks for it because it's worth less. Get it worthless! anyways it will work if you bump up the air game ya got going and get some real stones. That little air ball ain't didly. That whole thing is 2 bucks worth of Chinese plastic if that I don't know how they get away with it suckers born every minute. That's what my review would have been. Nothing against you dude but that equipment ain't worth reviewing. Maybe taking them and upgrading them in a video but not how it works you have to be a moron and feel like one once you see what you get for what you paid for (they usually jack the prices way up and up and coming newbie growers thing they are getting some state of the art grow stuff and all they are getting is ripped off when they realize how much cheaper they can make that thing yourself
Meh just get black homedepot totes and a hole saw and a cheap airpump. No need for these overpriced kits.
Hey, can I grow in one Deep-Water-Culture three different plants: Beans, Lettuce and cucumber? If yes, how should I adjust the pH?
BTW- the 'buoy' is a hydrometer.
Thankyou, How often does the pump be turned on?
Don’t by shit from China commie
Basil is easy to clone
Never need seed
Thank you for making this straightforward and super helpful tutorial. It had just the perfect amount of detail (not too much or too little for me)
"Let me show you what this comes with."
"All right, now I'll show you what this comes with."
I'm not sure why I laughed at that.
Hi thang you
Do you change the water? Or just add to it. How often?
800 ppms for seedlings? I would personally start with 400
A bit late to the party, but you mention you require 800ppm but what was the base rate ppm for your tap water?
