In this video I'll being doing a comparison between the 2022 Honda Civic vs. the 2022 Toyota Corolla! I'll already test driven & reviewed both of these vehicles so I'd thought it would be fun to highlight the Top 10 KEY DIFFERENCES between these two. Hope this helps! Honda!!!!!
Stay away from the Honda. I had Fuel Injectors Fail on my 1.5T engine at 58,000. Honda support & YouTube influencers dissapear by that mileage with new cars to sell you, and you're on your own. The repair bill was $1600. Not worth the hardships.
No wrong choice here. Best two cars on the market for regular folks. I vacillated between the two. I have owned them both in my driving tenure. They were excellent in their own way. This time the Civic won out it just felt like more car to me. Whichever one you decide on is the right answer I'm just grateful for the competition. It drives the automakers to bring us better products. Happy motoring.
Hands down, the analog gauge is still better looking than a digital gauge.
He's comparing a Civic Touring (top trim) to a Corolla SE (mid-tier). He should have compared the Civic to a Corolla XSE.
Take price into consideration, you can a Corolla SE for about the same as a BASE Civic, and this isn’t even taking markups into consideration, dealers are gonna markup the Civic no matter which one you choose or where you go, the Corolla you might get for sticker price tho
Toyota is nicer outside, Honda is way cooler inside.
The main thing of those 10 things for me was the better reliability of the Corolla. That wins it for me.
For long term keeping, 150k, 300k, and more I would buy non-turbo and non-CVT models (Civic or Corolla) to avoid any issues with turbo and CVT and the extra cost of the maintenance. MT can be driven in traffic jam with no issues, just keep a bigger gap in front of you.
I want the SE Corolla for BSM
Which trims???
You showed the 7” Civic display talking about the 9”. 720p and shaky🤨
The Corolla is a very vanilla car. The Civic looks and feels more premium. I think it’s worth the couple extra grand, personally.
Can you do a comparison on the hatchback models also please. Like asap? Lol
Went with the corolla.. very tight race. I think it's a beautiful design whereas the civic looks so bland and awkward. Toyotas interior is so clean and fresh too where the civic is just meh in my opinion. I test drove both and the civic definitely wins there.. add in reliability and I was sold on corolla. I do really like the handling on the civic though
I rather get the Corolla. The 2.0 liter lasts longer and is faster than the base model Civic. Plus any 1.5 liter Honda Civic won’t last as long with the turbo charger.
Apple Car play is available in the Corolla the USB port is under the glove box close to the radio.
I have the 07 corolla it have 325000 miles still run quite .
But the new civic the tail lights look ugly.
